I hadn't been to a Red Robin in years. This will be the last time I go, at least to this one. The service was terrible, as was the food. Our server was horrible. He left us sitting waiting to order for quite some time while he took care of other tables that got there after us. When he finally took our order we waited for awhile before our food came while the tables that came after us were served. When our food came out my mom had ordered fried mushroom and zucchini and it came out cold and soggy with only a few pieces. When he brought it he said that they were making more but that took quite some time to come out as well. I had ordered my burger well and it was still very pink. Though we're supposed to get bottomless fries and salads we didn't receive that until after telling our server repeatedly and we only ended up with one more order of fries each and one more salad. We pressed the button to call our server and the light flashed for at least 10 minutes and no one came until we had asked for the manager. They offered to replace my burger and when I got home to eat it, as we were running late and had been waiting a very long time for poor service, I found it was overcooked. I went to the bathroom before leaving and you could tell that the sanitary napkin trashcans had not been changed due to the smell. The bathroom was just dirty in general. I will not...
Read moreLet me say, we have always loved Red Robin and have been there many times. Sad to say, our most recent visit left a bad vibe and we left without being served. The young man working the front and seating customers made us feel unwanted and as if we were a problem. We came after the rush had left so not many people were left seated but he stated no tables were available and that it would be a 15 minute wait because they would have to clear off a table. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to clear a table and they made sure they used all 15 minutes before telling ya the table was ready. Once he took us to our table, it had not been wiped down and the booth seats had food all over them. A chair was placed next to the booth with the dirty dish basket sitting in it. I asked him if he could have someone clean off the seats and table and he said yes, but then went to find someone else to do it, leaving us all standing there for a couple of minutes. At that point, we left, I told him as we walked past that we where leaving and he seemed not to care at all. It’s a shame that an establishment is going to allow one person to ruin there reputation. It will be a while, if ever, before i am back. They have lost a loyal customer until that dreadful employee...
Read moreUsually, I have nothing but glowing things to say about Red Robin- which is USUALLY a safe place for folks with celiac disease to eat. But, this last time I found a piece of breading in my fries AFTER I had already eaten over half of them. And, yes, I had previously been assured that this location quarantined their fries when cooking in order to protect folks like me. Fortunately, the exposure was minor enough that I didn't spend 9-12 hours vomiting afterwards. But, unfortunately, I have experienced every single other symptom of gluten exposure and still, now, a month later, feel like I have the flu. PLEASE: make sure that employees understand that avoiding gluten is not a choice for some of us. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease for which there is no cure and just getting some discomfort is hardly the only symptom. For people with celiac disease, consuming gluten eventually leads to cancer and death. That is as serious as it gets. Still: love you bunches and appreciate all the effort Red Robin...
