Edit: I had a great visit after not having the opportunity in a long time. Friendly and fast service, super clean restaurant, even outside, and the Mediterranean bowl was delicious! Kudos! I love their soups, flatbreads, and panini. Great meatless options and always nice to see calories posted right on the menu board. I was given a baguette with my soup, but would have liked another option since I already had a sandwich. Maybe the chain can find another option. Everything was very clean, even on a Friday at dinner time, but the outside dish bin was full. I'm sure if it were summer, several insects would have gathered there. Also, there is an option to add a tip when paying at the pin pad, and when it popped up on the screen, I instinctively tapped "yes", thinking it was a confirmation. I do think it's pricey for the portion sizes, but it's a good, healthier...
Read moreMy fiancé and I have been to this Panera multiple times, and the food has been consistently excellent. It is always hot, fresh, and delicious!
Our favourite dish by far to get here is their Mac ‘n’ Cheese in a Sourdough Bread Bowl. The mac is white cheddar, and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Another food item I cannot live without. It is creamy, rich, and filling, and you can use pieces from the bread bowl to soak up the leftovers. Top it off with an M&M cookie or one of their cinnamon buns for dessert, and you’re set. You can tell everything is baked fresh that day!
The staff here are attentive and accommodating. We also tried one of their newer products, their Focaccia Pizza. It was very good! The focaccia dough was a nice complement to the ingredients.
I definitely recommend this Panera location for fresh, scrumptious, and...
Read morePanera-Brannon Crossing Lexington, KY. Drive thru line was long and service very slow on a Tuesday early afternoon. Parking is tight and the parking lot needs repairs. Huge hole in the pavement as you drive around the building. Has been there a long time. Inside store is fairly clean, floors and bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Food is descent. Sprouted grain bagel is fair. Very dry. Coffee is descent but they charged me $2.00 extra to add vanilla to my coffee. Over $5.00 for a small cup of coffee with cream and vanilla. That is more than Starbucks large coffee. Employees are nice but service is slow. Like everyone else, they are shrinking food portions and raising prices. They beat Starbucks for family friendliness atmosphere and comfort. Inside seating far exceeds Starbucks for family time. Better experience for...
