Now, if it were not for Dawne F, a Yelper living in the state of Florida, I would not have known breakfast existed at Wendy's because rarely do I hear about it like I do a Burger King or McDonald's restaurant. I do have a Wendy's near my neighborhood in Chicago, but the drive-thru tends to be overcrowded when I just happen to be in the area. It is always overcrowded to the point where vehicles are lined-up outside of the parking lot and into the streets, I assure you. Once I discovered this location while headed to work, it instantly became an option to visit at some point.
As I share this review, this location is very knew to the area, consisting of a freshly innovative exterior with an eye catching logo, and a easily accessible drive-thru location that is easy to navigate through. Its parking lot has a reasonable amount of parking, even with it coinciding with a Sprint store, and a dental facility known as Dental Matters.
As for my order, the one breakfast sandwich that stood out to me on their menu was the honey butter chicken biscuit. I discovered a similar version months back while visiting a restaurant in Dallas Texas known as Whataburger, but never got the chance to try their version of it. Since discovering it at Whataburger, I vowed to have it once I revisited Texas. When I saw that Wendy's had it, best believe I just had to have it.
The honey butter chicken biscuit tasted amazing as I imagined! Other than ordering it again which I'm sure I will, I would love to try the maple bacon chicken croissant, or if I am feeling risky maybe the breakfast baconator, hehe.
I had a pleasant experience at this Wendy's location. No complaints about the service as well as the exchange with the drive-thru employee which is all I can ask for with any restaurant visit. Now that I have had Wendy's breakfast, I can assure you that I will visit more often for it because I was not let...
Read moreI am a newbie who just joined ubereats food delivery service. I am over 50 years old and my English is not good. When I received a customer’s order drive thur on the night of the 17th, the staff asked me the customer’s name. I didn’t know how to say the customer’s name. I told them the order number instead but he still asked me to say the customer’s name. Then he asked me to go to the window, where a gentleman told me to go to the parking lot and wait, and I did so. I waited about 10 minutes, no one paid any attention to me, and I seemed to be forgotten on purpose. I had to get out the car and go to the window confirm with them again (I can’t approach the window when there is a car), and ask when will the order be ready? About 5 minutes later, a lady came out and handed me the food (a very small brown paper bag). When I was about to start the delivery, I found out that the paper bag was broken and unsealed (I was afraid that the coustomer would not be satisfact becuase the unsealed bag during the pandemic). I went to the window again and pointed out the paper bag to worker. He changed the paper bag for me, that too quite a while. When I delivered the food to the client, I realized that they did not give me the drink. I feel that they were unhappy with my language that night and did all this on purpose. I will not do more delivery for Wendy's (9319 skokie blvd). Note: Because my English is not good, I asked a friend to help write this. btw, the customer still fullfill the tips in the end thourgh the app. I also hope that customers can forgive me for...
Read moreI went to this location at 8:25 pm with my family to get some fries and a fruit punch powerade for my little brother, my dad has struggled with english and always tries his hardest to pronounce things right, when he was trying to order the fruit punch powerade the person at the drive thru taking our order just gave him tone when he couldn’t understand him and told us to pull to the first window, when we got there i told him what are the powerade flavors and he told me he doesn’t know, he works there how would he not know the menu? That’s exactly what I asked him and he shut the window on me, we pull to the second window and the rest of the crew gave us tone and faces when completing our order, nobody was polite, on top of this of course the first person who took our order left the money we have already given him at the first window, you never treat a customer like this, it is not the customers fault that these people aren’t trained right and don’t want to be a help at all, please hire more people that try their best to help the customer out, especially if they’re from another country. The whole night crew is ridiculous. I know how it’s like to deal with rude customers all day and feel completely stressed out but these people were just rude the whole time, I was never trying to give these people a hard time but I can’t just let them continue to treat their...
