Delivered my food to the wrong place. I accidentally hit one of the numbers wrong which was my fault and I called right away and told them that, but my cell number is the same and I’ve ordered there several times. I called and she knew right away that I typed it in wrong and even said yeah we knew you put the address in wrong but it’s going to the right place. It in fact went to the wrong place I was called by the location that received my item. I called them back and they said well you’re the one that put the address in wrong. I said you’re right but with my number you said it was going to the right place. I then found out by googling the address for the place it was delivered to and it was different from what I typed in. I googled the address I typed in and it doesn’t exist. They just randomly picked an address left it on a desk without talking to any person and left. So it was both parties fault but the manager continued to say it was my fault then started yelling so loud on the phone at me all the other employees at my work could hear from the phone. I hung up. I will never buy anything from here again. I’ve never been treated so horrible. What happened to good customer service. Ended up going to Firehouse subs and let me tell you way better then this place, more good, less money, great customer service. My advice is go...

Read moreBoyfriend and I came here on Saturday, ordered inside. Not one employee spoke a single word until they let us know our order was ready, it was very, very odd. The music was also very loud, to the point we couldn't hear each other talk. We're not old people, I'm 25 my bf is 33, but the music was way to loud. Again none of the employees spoke a word, they almost looked like xanaxed out robots. The girl taking our order just stared at us.. It was very weird. Also the menu is extremely confusing; some subs have a full list of the meat and condiments that comes on it. However, there were many, many subs that only listed a few items, and it makes it very hard to order, especially when the music is blasting and the girl taking your order doesn't speak. The sub my bf got said it had only meat on it, but when he unwrapped it at home it had tons of veggies, which he doesn't eat. All around just a really big disappointment and waste of money.
