McDonald's — Restaurant in Nitro

The mote mature employees are just great, unfortunately younger group of employees don’t seem to take their employment seriously and are very rude customers, I recently was marked and treated very rudely because I asked for another thing of sweet and sour sauce for my mother, I informed the cashier working the window I had no problem paying for an extra but she just repeated my request requested back to me using a voice of a person with special-needs person, I honestly don’t know if she saw my son in the backseat (who happens to have Down’s syndrome or if she heard him speaking)but I was livid and my heart was broken for him, since then I have not returned to the Nitro McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s restaurant and I have informed every one in my family and all of my friends of our experience and have their full support later that evening I called the manager explained situation with should mean that this young lady would be dealt with and she has not been however neighbors that she enjoys bullying paying customers and harassing especially if they happen to have a mental or physical handicap someone really needs to take care of this little girl because life is going to teach her a very valuable lesson on how to treat people with respect and dignity but apparently her...

I got an apple pie that needed gone by 5pm and is stale. No napkins or straws. Not the first time small things like this has happened. Just very upsetting.

Another visit, I went through and ordered a Big Mac bundle box asked for sweat and sour and when I got to the window realized I forgot to ask for bbq sauce so I asked and they had a fit about it so I then went back through the drive through because they forgot to put Big Mac sauce in my bag I tried to then purchase bbq sauce and told me to pull forward without paying. I got to the second window and the manger got rude I asked if she wanted to see my receipt and bag she insisted to pull it up on the computer the slammed the drive through window after I told her she was being ridiculous and said “I don’t have to listen to you” I’ll will be calling corporate. This McDonald’s is disgusting! If I had a choice of giving it zero stars I would.After driving for 5 hours on the road I pull over to get some quick breakfast, I get a sausage and egg McMuffin. I open my sandwich (thank god I did) I see a piece of hair on my sandwich. I call to speak with the manager (Chelsey was her name) and I simply asked that she make sure the workers wore hairnets so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else. Her response was suggesting I turn back around to get another sandwich and then says that no one in the kitchen that day had long hair. Long hair or not hair is hair and it doesn’t belong in food.
