Wendy's — Restaurant in Nitro

Before placing my order, I tried to use the restroom. The restrooms can be entered without entering the restaurant, which is begging for people to use this facility to use drugs. I waited for over 5 min outside the locked door before hearing vomiting, so I decided I didn't need to go that bad. I was told four times over 10 mins of waiting that they were in the middle of a shift change, and someone would take my order shortly. Each person who told me that proceeded to stand there and stare at me as I waited. Finally someone who I assume was Keith the host came out with a cash drawer, did not acknowledge or make eye contact with me, and left.

While waiting the person behind me got fed up and decided to go to McDonald's, and must have swore on the way out the door, prompting a elderly woman who held the door for him to tell him to watch his mouth. This person told the poor old woman that "It's a free country and I can do whatever the F I want" and flipped her off. After all this mess one of the workers who told me they were in the middle of a shift change and proceeded to watch me wait took my order only for me to pay $17.42 for two small 10 piece chicken meals. Awful experience, I will avoid this area altogether...

So my man ordered door dash. So we got the food and burgers and potato and fries were right I asked for sour cream and ranch didn't get either. Asked for chocolate frosty it was vanilla. Look I get things happen but I work as a manager late night closes at Taco Bell. We don't have something we tell the dasher to call and see what replacement or put a not saying sorry we were currently out. We can also turn those options off on our computer so it don't let you order it. Loaded fries, frosty, and baked potato one fork no spoon we are at a friend's the bachelor has no silverware. Nor was there napkins. Door dasher took to wrong door well ok not your fault but he sat outside at wrong house and my bags weren't sealed. Had to run the cat off whose head was in our bag. Oh and no straw for our drink. Disappointed because our company makes sure we take care of those things for our customers. Please I get it's late I stay open till 2am making orders. Think if it was you and that that person don't have those things because they are not at normal location to access them. Other than that the food was good even if I had to finger pick my...

I had a great experience. After work i stopped in through drive at 11:20p.m. asked to make me fresh chicken i didnt expect fast service because hey feesh is worth the wait. The drive thru cashier was sweet and complied with my wishes and up charges. I parked since i had to wait and she told me 12 minutes which i was more then happy to wait. My food was hot and fresh and she and the crew made sure my food was wonderful. Hey i have to hand it to them that they made it for me and did so with a smile. When she brought me my food i made sure to thank them. I would definitely go back and appreciate the professional manner in which they delieved my food. Thanks guys it meant a lot and thats why i will always give a great review to those that worked hard...
