I ordered online a taco pizza from Casey's on Main St. It is one of my favorites that Casey's has. I choose delivery, which I won't do again. All Casey's now use Door Dash. It was the most expensive order I've ever placed. Ok lesson learned on that. I'll pick up next time. But not from the Main St Casey's! I get my pizza & as soon as I opened the box, I was immediately disappointed. Remember the old commercial, "Where's the beef?" Well when I saw the way I received my pizza, I was saying "Where's the toppings!?" Not only that, in my 2nd picture that air bubble clearly shows there is absolutely No Refried Beans! So it has Zero sauce of any kind! After this order already cost me more than expected because of Door Dash deliver, I called the store that evening & complained. I was really wanting a refund! But their answer was No. I gave the manager I spoke with all my information so he could discuss this with the store manager the next day. He said he would call me back. I hadn't received a call by about noon. Knowing her shift ended at 1-2:00, I called to speak with her about this. She was going to have my pizza remade and ready for me to pick up the next day. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the kid in the kitchen absolutely ignored me. The first manager I spoke with came out of the office & handed me my pizza, again a taco pizza. I opened the box before leaving to make sure the toppings were done right. To my joy, the topping were great. They were actually a bit overexagerated, but I was very pleased. Went back to the kitchen's Door & asked the kid if the pizza has refried beans on it. His answer was a condescending "it should". I explained this one was replacing my last one that didn't have the beans. Even more condescending and with a fierce flare, he repeated "it should". That should have been my first clue. Now on to the last picture. Not Only did my replacement pizza Not have any beans, the kid went to a lot of trouble to cut my pizza nearly into puzzle pieces!!!! Not one was the same shape. I now have to wonder if he spit on it when he made it š I love Casey's pizza & have Never had a problem with anything I've ordered...till I did š But I will Never get another pizza from the Main St...

She doesnāt know what customer service is or how to be polite to anyone ever! Today was the last straw for me when she was unnecessarily rude to my teenage daughter and her friend who were in getting fountain drinks laughing and having fun. They were not rude or disrespectful at all and all the lady could tell me was they made a mess she had to clean with bleach!? Iām sorry but isnāt that part of your job!? And it was not an atrocious mess as she acted like it was.They told me they wiped up the mess they made and even showed me a pic of it. They went back in to get milk for my toddler and she told them she was done with them for today and took the milk away and refused to sell it to them! I went back inside immediately and confronted her and she couldnāt give me a valid reason as to why she was rude and hateful and refused to sell them the milk other than the āmessā they made and they were laughing and joking with each other. Her behavior was certainly not called for and she just thought she could get away with being rude to them but this momma bear let her know different! She doesnāt deserve to be a crew manager treating people like she does. Iāve encountered her before and sheās not friendly at all, ever! Donāt try this momma bear...

When a customer calls in to complain about things being undercooked, don't ask the customer what you should do. It's in your job title. If someone says that your hash browns are undercooked and floppy and soft and squishy, that probably means that you need to go and look in the hot bar and make sure that they actually got cooked all the way through. A fully cooked hash brown doesn't resemble a sponge that has been soaked in grease. Next time I call to complain about the food, it will be directly to a district manager since you guys don't really have any idea what to do about...
