I'm new to Nixa and I love this store!!!! The employees are so nice to me and when I had a problem with buying the wrong item they fixed me right up.

I'm not sure if I understand one of the reviews on here where the guy was wanting the deference from the price he paid for and the price of the item the next week. Price's change all the time; If your not willing to pay a certain price for something then don't buy it. I think the guys request sounds unreasonable and the stores response was! I have never heard of being able to ask for the deference of price back on something if it goes down in price from what I paid for. Wish I could ask Kum and Go for the price deference back when gas goes down. I understand being on a tight budget and doing what you can save so I don't blame the guy for asking but to get mad at a reasonable response from an unreasonable request...

What happened to Average, Anyways, tonight is the very last night I am shopping at the Nixa Harter House. I live in Nixa and have shopped there off and on since their opening. The owner is obviously exercising poor judgment with the personalities of hiring the personnel. The meat counter employees are good and do their jobs well. The check outs have A Lot to be desired. They continually get more rude as time goes on. I nearly stopped shopping there awhile back because of one of the extremely rude checkers and apparently she has been made a supervisor in very poor taste. She physically upset me over her rudeness several times in the past to the point where I nearly forgot to pick up my groceries after paying for them.
