Pitts BBQ — Restaurant in Nixa

I eat BBQ all the time. Q-39 in KC, Wrights in Bentonville Arkansas, I’ve had bbq all over the country. The tri-tip steak Pitts smokes is the best smoked meat I’ve ever tasted. The ribs and creamy corn are incredible too. I promise if you try the tri-tip you will not be disappointed. The customer service was 10 stars. They treated my family like we were their own family or their best friends. So kind and helpful. We live several hours away but will make sure and stop here every chance we get when we are driving through the area. Also the prices were fantastic for the portion sizes. Wish I could give this place 1000 stars! I am a Barbecue snob and this place was incredible. The burnt ends melted in my mouth. The owner graciously let me sample each of the meats and I honestly cannot pick a favorite. But I could narrow it down perhaps to the burnt ends and the ribs. The bones pulled clean out as I tried picking them up. The rub they use, seasoned them to perfection, no sauce needed. But the selection of sauces were great too! Especially loved the “Tangy” barbecue sauce. Was in Nixa for two weeks and ate here 3 times. Took a slab of ribs home and they were just as tender and delicious when I got them home!...

Met the owner myself, great guy. Amazing customer service. Like amazing, I will come back just to be treated so well, now let’s talk food, I hate potato salad, like with a passion, but I ate the whole cup of theirs, it tasted amazing!!
