If you like coffee and donât like paying $7 for a coffee then most likely when you get Starbucks itâs a splurge, $7 for one cup of coffee is what I spend, I expect good customer service and the barista to make it correctly. I could stop at a gas station for a coffee for $2 and I know itâs right. I went to the Nixa location Starbucks a week ago, after being new to Nixa this is âmyâ new Starbucks, I ordered 2 Venti Caramel macchiatos with two extra shots, stirred. I was in a hurry as I work everyday 10 hours a day so I received my coffee after a 30 minute wait so yes they were busy. Ran to work, got there, pulled out my coffees and both of them were literally just steamed milk. I payed $15 for two cups of steamed milk. I didnât have time to go back and have them make it right, so before I decided to make a bad review I went back in today to tell them what happened as I bought another one, the barista working said âyeah sometimes they get flusteredâ and that was that and I said continued to ask if he could write a not for the manager, he then continues with the next person.    Read morePlaced a mobile order for my usual iced Matcha, different location than usual drive-thru today. I noticed it looked very green, and first drink tasted off. Turned around and told employees something was off. They seemed bothered but offered to remake, there was a woman in the kiosk not in uniform, but wearing a name badge, taking inventory or seemed to be management of some sort. She offered nothing and also seemed bothered, and walked out of kiosk. They remade the drink it still looked very GREEN, tried it, it was still not right(I've gotten the same drink for the last 5 days in a row). The employees seemed even more hostile this time. I mentioned not knowing what the hostility was about, they offered being sorry, while still being hostile. They clearly are NOT the same as the brick and mortar starbucks, and do not follow recipes. This is an almost $9 drink I expect it to be made correctly! And, at the very least be treated respectfully when stating a concern regarding said drink. I did not know that I had to scan my phone at a certain time and as I asked about scanning my phone ( for a rewards program with Delta) she told me it was too late so I told her I didnât know that and she did everything too fast for me to understand . Then she said that she would do it and I told her thank you three or four times. As I went in to my account this morning, I found out that she did not do it as I did not have the airline miles from Delta. Very very disappointed with how they treated me, and that she lied to me. I will not be back. This is not a good way to treat somebody with acognitive disability. I was going to end up getting 1000 airline miles for two trips to the Starbucks and she took 1000 of those miles away from me by not explaining to me, how it works with scanning your phone, and I am very very upset that she lied to my face.
