First of all, I must share the reason that I needed to secure a jeweler. It is because of a miracle I experienced through the behavior of a puppy. A miracle is defined as a surprising and welcomed event that is not explained by natural laws but can only be explained by the Hand of Almighty God... My sons have two pups that I visit often and adore. One evening, I noticed that Pally was trying to eat something on the floor. This behavior is very common and natural as he is a puppy and chews and eats anything that gets in his path. He was having much difficulty and unable to get it in his mouth. As I approached him, I saw that it was a shiny object which resembled a sequin. Much to my surprise, it was my diamond that had fallen out of the setting of my engagement ring which has been on my finger for almost 45 years. It should have been no surprise that the prongs had loosened after all those years...It has been through Flight Attendant years in and out of the United States, through teaching elementary school years, raising two sons, and now into 67 years of life. It was only by the Grace of God that Pally didn't swallow it. As a pup, he eats and chews everything that his mouth touches! Not being from the area, it was like looking for a needle in a haystack to find the best jeweler for the task of resetting this diamond and making sure it was set in a way that it would never happen again, for another 45 years. The Lord led me to Faith at Infinity Jewelry. I knew from the very moment that I walked through the door that she would be the one that I would trust with this task. With her friendliness, kindness, knowledge, confidence, experience , and the way that she assured me and gave me confidence that she could do the job to perfection, I had no doubt that she would be the one that I would trust with my very special symbol of my husband's love for me. My wedding ring set consisted of three single bands that I had her join to make one. She patiently spent time with me to understand exactly what I wanted in a new design.(I also needed all three bands resized and she sized each of them to perfection) It is so beautiful and I am so pleased!! Plus she cleaned it like it has never been cleaned before, such brilliance and shine! You'd never know that it had been with me for 45 years. I highly recommend Faith for any repairs or service needed for your most precious and valuable jewelry. Also, she will spend time with you to understand exactly what you want and will meet your highest expectations in creating any new piece of jewelry. This experience brought about by the precious pup, Pally, was one that I will never forget. What could have been a disaster, if the pup had swallowed it and I had lost it forever, was turned into a most rewarding experience. Most important I witnessed a miracle of God,, and also was blessed with a new friendship. Thank you Faith and...
Read moreI suggest you not take heirloom jewelry here for repair. I brought my husband’s ring here for repair and received it back in worse condition. The solder repair on a crack was incomplete and messy. It was suggested to re-tip some prongs and the repair buried the design of the ring. You could tell where the band was resized due to a divot in the band and a burn mark. I had to contact the jeweler to see when the ring would be ready for pickup weeks past the quoted timeframe. I asked if the work on the ring would be too much for the jeweler before I left it in their care. I was told and reassured “not at all, it will look good as new”.
I ended up taking the ring to a highly recommended jeweler in Ozark to resize the ring. They told me the previous repair was not a quality repair. I wish I took it there in the first place.
On a different note. My engagement ring was made here and I really love it.
Edit: In response to the comment. I was not satisfied with the repair and that’s why I did bring it back to make amends, however considering the condition of the ring after two chances in a repair I couldn’t not bring myself to bring the ring back for a third chance. A quality repair should not take more than two attempts. The ring was in the care of the jeweler for total of 6 weeks. I stand by my review of my husband ring repair which is completely separate from the creation my...
Read moreThere isn't enough room to say all of the nice things I want to say about this store and the owner, Faith. One of the big diamonds in my wedding ring (25th anniversary replacement ring at our vow renewal ceremony) fell out when the prong broke while wrapping Christmas gifts and was never found. I was heart broken but when I took it in to Infinity Jewelry, Faith the owner and jeweler was so nice and kind. She said it was no problem to fix it and even found more prongs that were cracked and ready to break. She gave us a very reasonable price to replace the diamond and repair all of the other prongs and even redip the band. She was lower than other jewelers who had given us quotes, even with her doing more repairs than the others had offered. THEN.... when we went to pick it up, she had upgraded the diamond to an even higher quality one without changing us any more. It's BEAUTIFUL!!! Now she is helping me repair my grandmother's marcasite ring that is missing several stones. Faith is so kind and helpful. She has a real passion for jewelry, is very knowledgeable and has great skill and talent in her work. I would recommend that you go and check out her store to see if she can meet your jewelry needs, which I know she can and...
