Culver’s — Restaurant in Noblesville

Do NOT under any circumstance attempt their drive thru. The level of incompetency and ignorance is astounding. I had ordered a simple, small concrete mixer. A very easy order. Not even a busy sunday night. But I sat for 25 minutes, waiting, as I watched 13 other cars behind me get their orders. I then asked a random worker walking around to other vehicles if she can check on mine (Order #57). She said she would. She LIED. I watched her return with other car-orders that were placed well after mine. So I eventually went in with my Order #57 tag and watched as all of the Gen-Zs cowarded behind the counter as I tried to reach a conclusion as to why my One....Small....Concrete Mixer wasn't made. The quiver in their voices tells me that they lack all basic social skills. They had no clue how to remedy the situation. My voice was never raised. No swear words were ever used. Just a simple question of "Why haven't I received my one Small Concrete Mixer that I had order 35 minutes ago?" I suggested a free concrete mixer and my money back. I must've blown a fuse on those anti-socialites because they couldn't comprehend that solution. Eventually I got my money back, but only after I saw three more cars pull away happily with their orders. Of course I burned the same amount of money in gas while waiting. If you want ice cream, then I recommend D-Q. Again, do NOT attempt their driveway. It's inside or bust. You have...

POOR SERVICE TODAY 5/1/2022. Hhad call and specifically asked if we are to come In or go thru the drive thru to pick up our order, the employee responded either. Placed an order and was asked how soon, I responded 15 minutes, call ended at 6:41. We arrived at approximately 6:55. Went to the drive thru, announced we were to pick up an order; instructed to pull forward. At the window the clerk called another to ring up our order, they returned and placed a tag with our order name on the mirror. At approximately 7:25 my son called to one of the delivery staff to ask them to check on our order. He returned with the order, I had requested the pot roast dinner (which should have included a dinner roll, broccoli and mashed potatoes) and chili. The staff mentioned chicken soup so we left at that point. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ORDER. When we got home, no soup, no vegetable, no dinner roll but an extra mashed potato and no gravy. My son's order was OK. Suggest Do Not Call In An Order unless you go I side to pick up. The wait would have been a lot shorter if we would have just ordered when we drove up, too it would have been hot...

Kudos to the general manager Robert K at this location. I can not thank him enough for his help. I can tell that he genuinely appreciates his customers and is great at what he does. He needs to be higher than what he is. He has a great attitude, is friendly ,listens and communicates well and goes above and beyond.

He is very attentive and response back very quickly. He was able to resolve an issue that did not even take place at his location but I was able to eat from this location. I am happy that it did happen in a way because not only was my food great but the customer service has been top notch. He listened to my concerns and addressed them properly. Due to his response and helpfulness I will continue to visit this location.

Customer Service means everything and not everyone has it and it’s not something that can not be taught. However, it is a make or break you and Mr. Robert earned my respect by having the best customer service I have had in a while and I will continue telling others that this is the best location.
