Taco Bell — Restaurant in Noblesville

I’ve had countless bad experiences at this Taco Bell, but tonight was absolutely terrible.

I waited ten minutes to get my food with only two cars in front of me, the car directly in front of me not having a huge order. I wasn’t even apologized to when I was handed my food for the long wait. I then checked my food, and my chips for my chips and cheese were missing. (Keep in mind that this is not the first time this has happened.) I went through the drive-thru so I could get my chips, and I was acknowledged somewhat quickly and was told it would be a second. That was absolutely false, as I sat for five minutes straight with a line forming behind me. I then was told that it would be another 5-10 minutes as they got hit with a large amount of Doordash orders. I admittedly snapped and let them know that they messed up my order (not that nicely), and I was told to come inside. I then dropped my food, and although they did replace it all, it’s the fact that I’ve had multiple instances where they have forgotten food in my order. While waiting inside for my replacement, a guy came in wanting to order off the kiosk. They told him that they weren’t taking any orders as they had to complete large Doordash orders. I got my food and headed straight home. This was a mistake, as they managed to not put in a soft taco that was part of my order. Everything else was correct though.

I will not be back at this Taco Bell after tonight. Continuing to mess up orders and being unprofessional with customers is ridiculous.

If you decide to come to this Taco Bell, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. There’s a good chance something will be missing from it.

(Plus side I guess is that the food quality hasn’t been bad at all. Only exception is their quesadillas, which they seem to burn...

I am absolutely appalled by this taco bell location. Never had I had such a terrible experience at a taco bell before. Me and my husband went to tacobell on a cute lunch date, and a small child looking woman who called herself ace, was extremely rude. There was an elderly couple who was trying to ask her for help, she bent over the counter and asked that i assist her, since she was too busy. I had no idea how to fix the problem (which was the fountain machine). When we ordered food, she kept getting the order wrong. Then, and this upset me dearly, I had wanted to get 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, and she sort of snorted and said "do you really think you need that?" Never have I had someone saying something so awful. My husband told her that was rude and mean and that she shouldn't speak to me like that as she is the face of tacobell. She told him in a flirty tone, that a real woman can handle the truth, and if he ever needed one he knew where to find her. We couldn't believe this was happening. Like I thought this has got to be a dream becuase how could someone act so terrible at their job. My husband asked to see a manager, and she said she was. We immediately left, we are NEVER coming back to that taco bell, I would advise to do the same. We are DEFINITELY going to...

Terrible owner. I'd move on down the road to a different Taco Bell. It is known to be a very poor-performing location for those who live in the area. I give them a shot every year or two due to their proximity to my home and almost always am reminded of how poor of a manager this owner must be (its not the employees as I never see the same people twice). Problems most often surround extremely slow service or the lack of it (literally waiting 30+ minutes in drive-thru when its not even busy..multiple occasions). I know several other folks with the same experiences, including one who lives just a few hundred feet from there and will instead drive 15 mins down the road to the more well run Westfield location. This store should close.

UPDATE: I thought to give it a try today, now 4 months later since this review. Went to the counter with no one in line. No acknowledgment by anyone. Had multiple staff look over at me as I waited at the counter. 5 minutes later, nothing. I walked out and went to Wendy's across the street. I now, literally, have left this location now 50% of the time I've gone there. Btw, you can clearly tell they don't clean much. Will never try again. Again...this store...
