Came in yesterday late afternoon to get something cool on a hot Saturday. As other reviewers have pointed out, the place seemed somewhat unkempt as did the outdoor tables. We also noticed the door was broken and swung open wildly yet this was pointed out by another reviewer on Google over a month ago.

When we attempted to order a pineapple whip or anything off their shaved ice menu that included blue raspberry flavoring (several items) the polite girl behind the counter informed us they were out/not available. So, on a hot, busy Saturday afternoon, peak customer demand, they're out several of their more popular items/flavors off their menu because they decided to make other flavors instead? That doesn't make sense to me.

In sum, the shaved ice IMHO was average at best, the place was fairly unclean inside and especially out (you couldn't sit down or rest your arms on the outside tables due to food drippings all over), and the fact that they didn't have several of the more popular items on the menu means we won't be making a...

Decided to try this place after dinner next door while it was raining. My husband waited in the car with our 3 month old and I took our 2 year old in with me. My son and I waited in line for close to 30 minutes before ordering. Once we placed our order for a dole whip mixed with shaved ice and payed, I was told the vanilla dole whip machine was being slow and they would get it to me as soon as they could. We waited another 10 ish minutes before being told that it just wasn't working and to pick a different flavor dole whip. No other flavor goes with grape so I just ordered a cherry dole whip even though it cost less than what I had originally ordered and payed for. I had already been in there too long with my son needing to leave and my baby screaming in the car to wait another 15 minutes for them to figure out how to reimburse me so I left. *Updating my review a couple years later. Wow has this place gone down hill. They seem to constantly be out of flavors now. Doesn’t seem like they do much cleaning. And the employees they hire now seem to only be high schoolers who couldn’t care less with being there. Last time we went there, the employee working hadn’t moved in so long that the motion sensor lights had turned off. We walked in, triggering the lights to turn on and the employee was so focused on their phone they didn’t even notice. It took my wife and I talking semi loudly for them to take their ear buds out...
