When I first came in to see what was holding my wife up, I definitely didn't treat the person who answered my question nicely. I was rude and let my life problems this morning direct how I interacted with the employee(s). After I dropped my wife at work I noticed I didn't receive my Sprite and one of the Breakfast Burritos I ordered looked like it was smashed together. I called the store and spoke with the Assistant General Manager and he informed me it was him I had talked to in the store. He explained the situation and treated me kindly and respectfully, even tho I didn't give him that kind of respect first, he offered to remake the entire order and I declined and only really wanted the Sprite and one burrito remade, and that I would gladly give him the burrito that was messed up back. He allowed me to keep the burrito and even remade the two burritos for me. He definitely showed professionalism and compassion when honestly didn't have to. I profusely apologized to him, not because he was the manager or because he remade the food but because his continued attitude of kindness and customer service made me realize that I had majorly disregarded the respect and was unnecessarily being aggressive and he didn't hold it against me and still corrected the order. Recently I became a homeless veteran with a family of 5 and he honestly made a difference in my day and reminded me that doesn't matter what you're going through, everyone still deserves respect and kindness. Read moreMy drive thru experience with the self-professed manager was horrific. I don't think I've run into a more arrogant drive thru worker.
He kept saying, "anything else" in the middle of me trying to tell him my order, to which I responded that, "I would let him know when I was finished." in a level, calm, and matter-of-fact tone. Apparently he took deep offense, because he responded, "Excuse me!!"
After me briefly trying to explain that I wasn't responsible for attending to his delicate sensibilities, again in a calm collected manner, he told me, "Have a nice day, I not going to serve you." I hadn't intended malice initially, but I was becoming perturbed and decided it was time to unload criticizisms re: the way he was running his drive thru (he had one of his two lanes blocked off with cones), and terrible wait times, etc, to which he leveled a personal insult, by saying that "it was all bc of people like me who don't want to work in this country", after which I got pretty angry and began to shout at him that I wasn't moving out of his drivethru until he served me. After a couple cars backed up, I decided to not pursue this blockade retaliation until I got my breakfast from somewhere else.
This kid seems like someone who got participation trophies his whole life, and now he's got some "power" (managing others) and he's not only abusing it, he's decided to take his frustration's out on customers who are patronizing his business, now that he's been presented with...

And tried calling to report the issue constant busy signal for over an hour!!! So then went by there tonight to ask for it be replaced and at speaker they say yes it be replaced I'd ordered other food also and yea had to waot like fifteen minutes to pickup window then an employee hands me only my new ordered food without the replaced salad WITH the dressing. The dressing is in bag with the ordered food without no salad!!! I ask wheres the salad??? The rude window employee says oh yea you need to bring back the OLD salad to be replaced "store policy" WHAT the @$$@@!!! The another employee comes over and "ok" i make it and let you have it!!!!! So again have to wait even longer!!! I kept asking for a manager, not til I say i now want a refund for the new food I'd purchased for all frstration they were causing me did they get a manager at the window, Enoc, I Believe his name to be and before he goes to do the refund he's trying get pull forward but NO i would not pull forward after all of this bs ...
