Cabos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Nolensville

We have been here several times and food and service have always been great. Tonight it was busy and we were seated outside. It took a while before anyone came out to take our drink order. When he did take our drink order, I also asked for cheese dip. Our waiter brought our drinks and the cheese dip and said someone was coming with the chips. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to bring us the chips. At that point, the cheese dip was cold. Our food came quickly after that, and I asked for another plate as we were sharing fajitas. No one ever brought the plate. We just made due with what we had. Our cups also sat empty for 20 minutes before our waiter asked if we wanted refills. He was very nice and friendly, but we definitely did not receive good service. We had to wait another 15 minutes once we gave him our card for him to bring it back so we could leave. People who were seated after us (they had a party of 4 and we had a party of 3) but who sat inside had finished their meal and walked over to the ice cream place next door before we were even done with our meal. I think the people sitting outside were just sort of being ignored tonight. I heard several Other people who were seated outside say they felt like they had been forgotten. The food was good, but the service and length of time were not up to par. We were disappointed...

My mom comes to this place pretty regularly and treats the servers well. However the other day, she had a small issue with her food that she wasn't going to address but kindly addressed with her server that waits on her often. With that being said, all that had to be done in response to this issue was a simple "I'm so sorry let me make you some more" from the server and be done with the situation. Instead, apparently it really intimidated her server and HE WOULDN'T EVEN COME BACK TO HER TABLE!! The manager then came over basically argued with her about the said issue because I guess he was intimidated too. He did end up replacing her food (she didn't ask for it to be replaced) but after the two men seemed so upset with her, who would want to eat something and trust that it was okay to eat after someone angry handed it to you. To end the situation, THE HOSTESS is the one that brought my mom her ticket. Here's the deal- to whoever runs this place, maybe next time you could treat people with respect especially when you're given the upmost respect and teach your employees to do the same. We absolutely won't be back. You don't deserve mine or my families business if you are this incredibly...

Finally decided to try this place after passing by it so many times, and I see why it stays crowed in the evenings!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon with family and there was no wait, we were able to come right in and get a nice booth. It took a slight minute to figure out what I wanted (because there were so many good sounding & looking options), and it took a slight minute for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait!

Not only did the food come out hot & fresh, it ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! (Ive personally never had Mexican food that you could tell was authenticly cooked and seasoned the way this food was!) 🤭😘

The margaritas were good too! While they don't punch you like some other restaurant margaritas may, it does slowly but surely sneak up on you and give you a pretty good buzz .😁🤤
