You guys, when I tell you I have repurchased the candle “Haven” at least 7 times I’m not being dramatic. That candle is freaking THE BEST SMELLING CANDLE I’ve ever ever ever had! In general, nellamoon has stolen my heart and I’m forever a loyal customer. I’m obsessed with all their scents and have just about 90% of the candles. I’m constantly repurchasing and can never go without them. Every scent is amazing, but Haven in particular just speaks to my soul. I’ll never forget the first time I lit that baby up, my jaw dropped and I could not stop sniffing the candle lol. The scent is the perfect balance between a nice strong scent, but not overpowering to the point where you have a migraine. It doesn’t smell synthetic which is a huge problem I have with most candles, and the burn is just perfect. The candle is so complex, you’ll notice once you get to the middle of the candle- you start to smell different notes. Something I’ve never experienced before in other candles. This is actually how all her candles are. Needless to say, I buy these In bulk every time she has a coupon or sale. It’s worth it!!!! Everyone who steps into my house can’t get enough of it. Haven is also a perfect scent for every single season. It really does make your home feel like a safe little Haven. I love getting cozy and lighting this candle up. After reaching out to customer service a month ago to provide my feedback, like asked….I am right back where I started and have my same opinions about these candles. Olivia from customer service responded with an offer to send me a new candle in hopes of turning my experience around and I openly agreed to try again. After going round and round of Olivia asking me the same questions and not really reading my emails, I am now left with no responses at all. So I will leave my original honest feedback as is and sincerely hope it helps with future production.

I had really high hopes for these candles! I had been eyeing this company for a while and I loved the owners story so I was excited to finally try them out earlier this year. The candles arrived timely and the packaging was great! I couldn’t wait to light these guys up, however, I was a bit disappointed in the strength of the fragrance. I could barely smell anything. At one point I had two going at one time and got a slight hint of fragrance. While the slight hint of that fragrance was heavenly, I just couldn’t justify spending that much on something I can barely smell. I sooooo wanted to love them and I am still contemplating on trying them out again(maybe just got a bad batch of candles?) but just in case, the candles could definitely use a tag...

UPDATE** After communicating my concern with a customer service team member, I am updating my previous review to reflect the OUTSTANDING service that I received. I received a follow up in less than 24 hours! They did not make excuses or dismiss my concern, rather promptly worked to resolve the issue by way of a replacement product in the scent of my choice. I am thoroughly impressed and thankful to the team at Nellamoon! My new candle arrived perfectly package and in perfect condition (even after sitting outside in 100+ degree temps for much of the afternoon). The scent (Italian Orange) is absolutely wonderful I will definitely purchase again and recommend their products to family and friends. Thank you Olivia for all of your assistance!!

I recently purchased several of the 48oz candles from an area Marriott property. I absolutely fell in love with “Joy”. The scent and throw was amazing, filled my entire house! I bought one for me, one as a gift...then when back and purchased another one along with “Golden Hour”. I don’t know what happened but “Golden Hour” has virtually zero scent when burning. It smells divine in the jar but when lit....nothing. I’m disappointed. Not sure if I just got an old one, but that was definitely not $88...
