I wanted to like this place :( the guy who made my smores rolled icecream was soo nice and helpful but 1. I just got a boba and icecream and it took 10-15 min 2. It was soo expensive, $15.08 i think ? Just for the two items 3. I asked for tapioca boba but received brown sugar boba, i assume its because they dont have the tapioca kind which sucks but i wish they would’ve told me and 4. The smores icecream really seemed like it was more whipped cream than icecream and it didnt taste like anything at all, all i could really taste was the chocolate syrup and graham cracker. I ordered my ice cream and found out through some people behind me that they were out of certain ingredients. There was only one employee making ice cream so I went to cancel my order and the cashier said they aren’t able to cancel my item and it’s impossible to cancel and get a refund. I felt bad for the one guy having to make every order especially without all the ingredients listed when the cashier wasn’t notifying people of that fact. My team had the best time today at a Corporate Event that our company, Nxt Level, provided for us at Barrel and Roll. We were taught how to make the rolled ice cream. We were able to make anything we wanted and as much as we wanted. It is way harder than it looks, but SO MUCH FUN!!!! I also was able to learn how to make cotton candy, which is one of my favorite treats.
