So excited about finding this online. Until my 1st and last visit yesterday.

Customer service was non-existent for me. I was looked at but no one offered to help me. Even the customers stared. I had to stand in line to ask a question because no one wanted to help me otherwise.

I now assume this place has 3 different stores under the name of "Oh my chives". I walked around until I saw the produce I wanted. Just to get home and see the picked date was over 9 days ago. Bad quality produce.

With my produce in hand I go over to the juice bar. With all eyes still on me. I wait I wait I wait I wait I wait. One employee even passed by me, said nothing. I go to the other check out and stand in line. A dog owner comes in and gets in front of me and the 2 employees behind the counter say to him oooh what a cute dog.

I finally get to the front of the line and ask if I may order some juice. "No, they are closed." Oh, okay I'll check out with this. "You have to go over there to pay for that." I then apologized for my ignorance. I told them this was my 1st visit in the store. They both just looked at me as if they could careless.

I go over to the 3rd counter... I ask this lady what time did the juice bar open. I saw 4 juices I wanted to order. She said they are closed on Sundays 🤦🏾‍♀️. The previous two employees didn't even give me that information all they said was their closed. 🤷🏾‍♀️. I was hoping the juicer was on break but that part of the store is closed. Why I couldn't pay at the other counter I don't know. I didn't ask either because I knew by this point I wouldn't ever be going back.

Needless to say I didn't tip. Probably would have been their biggest tip of the week. I was almost going to tip a little but I am glad I didn't because out of the 3 items I purchased 2 were old and I had no choice but to prepare it that day or put it in the trash.

Never will I drive all that way for such poor service, subpar food, and they cared for and treated that dog better than me.
