This is the most inefficient place Iāve been to. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt, acknowledging that they were a new place and needed to get the kinks worked out, but nothing changed. Extremely long wait times and the high school staff did not appear to have customer service skills nor understand their part of the āworkflow.ā Lots of running around and chaos. Unless I asked specifically where my order was, staff left me hanging. I had to ask for a refund as that wasnāt offered to me after my order was not ready when arriving after pre ordering on their website. Please do not get pizza from this place. Horrible experience. After four chances I will not be returning, nor recommending to any friends. Spend your money elsewhere. Tons of other great pizza places in the area. Corporate needs to get involved or the owner to figure out how to appropriately train staff, otherwise they are going to continue to anger and frustrate their customers. The side with just cheese seemed like it had little to none because of the air bubbles. It also didnāt have the crust toppers I requested but I had to get home and feed my siblings and I didnāt have time to have them remake it at 8:15pm. Speaking of, I requested it be ready for pick up by 8 and it took them enough time to just make it really quick then when I had requested.
