Drive thru employee kept talking over me while placing my order . Then when I got to the window to pay I was ignored and the two girls (employees) kept going on in their personal conversation. I also ordered one of my burritos wet . I always make sure my items are flat, and when I got home, the container was open, and most of my sauce was all over the other food and at the bottom of the bag. I called back to tell them the containers were not secured. I was told it was a known problem and was told to come back and get the order again. Look, I'm just going to say this Go to another location this one has had constant issues we keep trying to give them business since its the closest to our home and is still 15 minutes away. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the original Miguel's Jr. On sixth street. They are always happy for...
Read moreThe customer service here is bad. Just went through the drive thru and the girl that took our order through the speaker was nothing but rushing. Example. I say we want a kids meal cheese quesadilla and Dr Pepper. She she goes to the total. I have 3 meals and drinks to order. Saying no there is more over and over. Was a bit annoying. Get to window. And I guess she is in rush on orders for she can keep fixing her hair and not wearing a mask. With places starting to have people wear masks again. A food establishment should still be requiring them to wear it. I’m glad she only handed us our drinks. Since after each and every time she fixed her hair. There was a no washing or gloving up or anything with her hands. Also side note. Glad I got the drinks. But no straws. Not even in the bag of food. Will not be coming back to...
Read moreI'm a military veteran who goes to Miguel's at least two to three times a week. I always get the veteran discount. If asked for ID I show them my drivers license which has "VETERAN" on it. I never have issues however today a new employee asked if I had a military ID card. She told me she was trained to ask for military ID. This is ridiculous. Only active duty or retired military personnel carry military ID which the latter says "Retired". Veterans who did not "retire" from the military do not carry military ID'S. Their ID expired at end of military service. We Veterans have DD214 forms that we use to prove military service. Miguel's needs to train employees that the California driver's license with the word "VETERAN" is acceptable. Additionally you need recycle bins. People putting plastic in regular trash...
