Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Norfolk

The last three times I have ordered here they have screwed up my order. I love auntie Anne's and go to the NEX location extremely regularly but this location is abysmal. The first time, I ordered from them through grubhub. They gave me a medium lemonade when I ordered a large, and completely missed one of my two dipping sauces. The second time I walked in the store and ordered in person. They gave me a nacho cheese instead of a cream cheese. The third time I ordered a cookie from their subway counter with my pretzel and asked to try the new chocolate mint chip cookie, snd was given a traditional chocolate chip cookie. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION workers act like they can’t understand basic English and how to honor a customers promo/discount/rewards but have no issue swiping cards/accepting and counting cash. Auntie Anne’s wants you to sign up for the rewards app app put in all your info, bombard you with emails only for this location to refuse to accept the rewards/promo anyway. When I reached out to corporate they put me on hold ten minutes just to say it’s up to each location and I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from their emails but coincidentally the “unsubscribe” button is just text and not a link...

I CAME TO THIS AUNTIE ANNES THIS MORNING AND I WANTED THE HOT DOG MINI PRETZELS. THE LADY TOLD ME A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN WHATS ON THE MONITOR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER & HE CAME THERE WITH AN ATTITUDE & TURNED THE REGISTER MONITOR AROUND SO HARD & FAST THAT IT HIT ME.
