If I could give less than one star, I would. Preface: I work doordash and there is an option to work using a bicycle; I use an electric scooter. In the directions, It states if the lobby is closed, go to the drive through window. First time I came here to pick up an order, they ignored me when I knocked on the door (the lobby was closed)so I went through the drive through like the instructions said.Then, a lady came to the window and said I cant be in the drive through, I told her I'm doing doordash and there an option to do it on a bike and it says here I'm supposed to go through the drive through. She said where is your bike and I said I am using an electric scooter and she said, "I need to see it". They finally let me do my job after the 3rd degree. THIS LAST TIME, I knocked a few times and got a guys attention and he came to the door (didnt open it) and nodded his head yes. I waited 30 minutes and started knocking again to check and see if the food was going to be ready any time soon, but they looked straight at me and hid behind a wall. I updated my customer and we both started calling the store with no answer from my end, so I went through the drive through again even though last time they said not to the time prior to this incident. This time when I came to the window, they were all laughing. They didn't open the window until I said "I'm not a crazy person I'm just trying to do my job, it's a doordash order" then one of the employees asked for the name and i told them the first one i showed them was cancelled and they tried to give me the cancelled order. When I told them the new order name, and that the first one cancelled they started laughing again and mockingly said "oh it's a different order now huh" I let the second customer know what happened with the first order and I waited 15 more minutes. I never got the second order and three other customers in the drive through got their orders and left. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL. Read moreWell here I am at McDonald's and then all of a sudden I decided I really wanted a taco so I go to the Taco Bell on Military Highway across from janaf shopping center it was about 11 at night and I waited literally 32 minutes to get my order all of a sudden here came the Taco Bell truck and block the whole entire parking lot where you cannot park and eat you had to go somewhere else to eat if you wanted to eat your taco before it got cold all of a sudden I get up to the window and the guy asked me am I paying by cash or my card I said either or they said were only accepting cards now and I thought that was awful unusual so when I get up to the window I ask the gentleman what is the difference whether I'm paying cash or whether I'm paying by charge he said he didn't know I said what do you think that you could find out I said it's probably 9 times out of 10 you got your doors open and you don't want to have to do any cash you just want to run the car through the machine so after 5 minutes waiting for my food even longer than what I was in line it felt like he comes back and says yeah that's the reason why nobody apologized and said we're sorry that we've got the door open and we can only accept cards instead of cash because our door is open and we don't want to get robbed and apologize for the inconvenience they didn't even apologize for the long wait I keep telling everybody Taco Bell is getting worse and worse and worse and worse you know people act like they really don't have any customer service common sense at all and people's also got to remember when you stop paying attention to the customers the customers are what makes a break you you have no customers Taco Bell maybe you need to step up your game a little bit cuz I don't know where y'all are learning to customer service and I'm talking about management I'm not talking about the employees I'm talking about management maybe you need to go back where you came from learn it and then come back and try to run a business because right now your customer...
Read moreI would give a zero if I could. I have had multiple issues with the store. I have given them more than enough chances. Today was the worst, most disrespectful experience to date and is why I am choosing to leave this review. I mostly order through the mobile app. I can't describe how many times my order is missing an item or made incorrectly. I had four separate orders today. Chose to pick up from drive thru. At the speaker the lady said we have four orders with that name. I said it was all four orders. Upon getting home and handing out orders, I realize a while order is missing. I called the store. I asked for the manager. The man stated he was the manager. I go over what happened. He has an attitude from the beginning of the call. He tells me it only shows him 3 orders and they fulfilled all 3. I ask how I get refunded for the fourth as it clearly shows in my app and on my card that I was charged for that fourth order. He says he doesn't know anything about that. I can use the help option on the mobile app but he has no knowledge of how refunds work through the app. I asked for his name. He states that he doesn't have to tell me that. It's no longer required. I then try to tell him the lady at the drive thru ha confirmed there were 4 orders. Before I can finish speaking, he hangs up on me. I never raised my voice or used any foul language. I will never return to this location because there are always issues and now being talked to and treated this way. How very disappointing.
