I plan to contact corporate as well but this places rating NEEDS to be hit over my last two experiences. I don't know what happened to the place but it's AWFUL and I think they may be scamming the customers. Explained below...
◇Trip#1 2/25/22 | Taco Bell Menu EXPERIENCE: After waiting 5 minutes by request I was informed that the drive through wasn't working I would need to come inside. Upon doing so, I waiting at the counter another 10 minutes with employees saying someone would be right with me as though they didn't just send people in.
Note: the computers were up on this visit.
:ORDER: • Number 3 | Burrito Supreme w/soft Taco and lg Baja blast • Crunch wrap supreme NO SOUR CREAM due to allergy • Bucket Drink - Iced Tea • :RECEIVED: • Number 1 | 3 Soft Taco supremes and small Baja blast (note: the extras ended up a waste because of the sour cream) • Burrito supreme after inquiring • Crunch wrap supreme WITH SOUR CREAM • Bucket Drink - Fruit Punch

◇Trip#2 3/02/22 | KFC Menu EXPERIENCE: Drive thru was working it seemed but they were out of several requested items (see below) and upon request for a receipt was informed that the computers are down and they would need to hand write one for a total that does make sense. 👀
:ORDER: • 12PC Family Meal | 12pc ckn, 6 biscuits, & 3 lg sides {Mash potatoes & Gravy, Slaw, Mac (out asked for delivery mash instead)} - Menu price $27 and change • Bucket Drink - Iced Tea (out - subbed lemonade)
:RECEIVED: • 12PC Family Meal? | 12pc ckn, 4 biscuits, & 3 lg sides {Mash Potatoes x 1, Gravy water x 2, Slaw x 2) • Bucket Drink - Lemonade ended up being out too so subbed Dr pepper at window.

Read moreOrdered a 12 piece crispy chicken meal with sides, got home to find that the biscuits were hard as bricks, chicken was almost as hard and seemed as if it was more than a day old. My family and I could NOT eat this. All of the sides were old, too. Macaroni was old, mashed potatoes were dry, coleslaw was runny. I packed the food up and took it back. Initially the manager stated that since it was "crispy chicken" it was supposed to be hard, but once she put on gloves and started inspecting the food by banging the biscuit on the counter to show her staff what they had served and telling them it was unacceptable as it crumbled everywhere, things changed. Then, she inspected the chicken and found it to be hard on the outside, but red on the inside. The manager was very accomodating and asked if she could redo/cook my food herself, which I said okay to, but then a family member called me while I was waiting and said they felt sick to their stomach, so I requested a refund. I won't be going back there, or anywhere. I guess this is why some people don't eat fast food. The one star is for the staff not overreacting when I brought the food back. I've had good food here before. Today wasn't it. Staff needs more training about what is acceptable to serve. Let someone know if food needs to be thrown out. Read moreI recently visited this KFC location, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience that left a sour taste in my mouth, and not just because of the chicken. The standout issue was the unbelievably rude employee who took my order. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, he seemed completely disinterested in serving customers. His tone was curt, and he barely acknowledged my presence. It's disheartening to encounter such blatant disrespect when you're simply trying to place an order.
To make matters worse, my order was messed up. I specifically requested no pickles on my sandwich, but when I received it, there they were – a pile of pickles staring back at me. When I tried to address the issue with the same employee, his response was shockingly dismissive. He essentially shrugged it off and offered no apology or willingness to correct the mistake. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him or, it seemed, for this KFC location.
Overall, my experience at this KFC was marred by the incredibly rude and unhelpful employee. I expect better service when I dine out, and I certainly didn't receive it here. Combine that with the order mix-up, and I have no choice but to give this place a one-star rating. It's a shame because I enjoy KFC's food, but the poor service I encountered on this visit makes me hesitant to return to this...
