I don't regularly go to Taco Bell or KFC, and yet, I have been to this location twice just this month and I had great experiences both times. Both times I went, the location was absolutely slammed with customers. There were cars lined up around the building and most of the parking lot was full.
Two weeks ago, I went in, made my order and I totally expected I would probably waiting half an hour. On the contrary, I didn't keep exact track, but I know I was in and out of this location in less than ten minutes. There were people ahead of me waiting for food, but nobody was actually waiting to be served. I walked up to the counter and the young lady working the cash register immediately served me. I was surprised at how quickly my food was completed, but I was skeptical because of past bad experiences with other restaurants, so I checked my food and my order had been accurately filled. On top of that, the young lady who completed my order gave me exactly the amount and kinds of sauces I wanted, and completed the whole transaction with a smile.
Last night, I went again. I wasn't actually in the mood for Taco Bell, but it was late, I hadn't eaten, and Taco Bell was convenient. Again, Taco Bell was slammed. There weren't as may customers as the week before, but it seemed the kitchen staff was short last night. There weren't as many smiles, and I could tell that everyone was being pushed to their limits because of the number of customers they had. In spite of that, I was immediately served when I arrived at the counter, my order was completed accurately and efficiently, and the young lady who served us made sure we got the kinds and amounts of sauces we asked for, and even smiled at my wife and I as we left.
Earlier this week, I attempted to patronize another business (not Taco Bell or KFC) and I received some of the worst customer service of my life and I posted a review about that business to reflect the terrible customer service I received. It made me think that I need to do a better job of leaving good reviews when I experience good customer service.

   Read moreVery disappointed with this Taco Bell/KFC location. My younger sisters and I came by on Saturday, May 10th around 2:57pm PM hoping to grab food. The sign on the door said they would reopen at 3:00 PM, so we waited patiently outside. A man inside saw us, said nothing, we thought nothing of it, since we were just minutes away from opening. But 3 PM came and went. Doors stayed locked. Drive-thru stayed down. I knocked, hoping someone would at least acknowledge us. Eventually, a woman appeared behind the counter holding a bag. I tried to explain through the door that we had a DoorDash pickup order and just wanted to cancel it. She simply said, âweâre closed,â and when I asked again about canceling the order, she looked visibly frustrated and walked away. No one else came to speak with us or offer any help. We werenât rude, just extremely confused and trying to sort out the situation. But instead of communication or basic courtesy, we were ignored. Almost every time Iâve gone there, my food is either super late coming out so Iâm waiting 20+ mins just for 2-3 tacos which shouldnât take that long, one time I went inside because I waited almost 30 mins for my food and found out that they were in a shift change and didnât notify me at all so I had to wait another 15-20 mins which by then my appetite was gone. One time I went inside to order food and the worker literally criticized my order by asking me âwhy would I want that?â which obviously was a joke, but is it that hard to maintain professionalism? My last straw with this place was when I ordered doordash which was around 11-12pm and I got notified from doordash that the Taco Bell told the driver they werenât open yet which is obviously wrong according to their hours, and they said the food would be ready in an âhour or twoâ.
