If I could leave a negative amount of Stars I would. My experience at this drive-thru was very poor. The 2nd window where the Associate gave me my order was very unfriendly. As I asked for condiments she huffed as if it was troubling her to retrieve them. I asked if my drink has no ice and she stated ā isnāt that how you ordered itā I asked because it has been wrong before. So as I went back to my workplace I realized my order was wrong. I ordered the double cheeseburger bundle (no onion) with fries. The burger had onion, lots of mayonnaise and tomato. I called the store and asked for the manager (her name was REBECCA) to ask if I could come and get the right thing because it was my lunch hour. As I get to the location the employees pierced me with their eyes like they knew I was the lady on the phone. I asked for Rebecca and she asked what I ordered. There were 4 cars ahead of us. The person in front of us left. When I went to pay they quoted me that persons order. I corrected him and told him they l left. I clarified my idea and paid. Waited another 10 minutes to get to window to pick up my order. The lady asks me what my order was, I quoted it to her. She leaves, comes back a few minutes later and asks AGAIN. I showed her my receipt. She only gave me half my order, I had to ask for flurry and ranch. We left with a bacon cheeseburger that we did not order and no chicken nuggets (that we DID order). Yes, we should have checked box first. But this was the worst service experience we waited almost an hour, which is ridiculous. I've ever had at a McDonald's in my life. When we got the window, the worker took my man's debit card, and walked away with it. She came back and asked us, "what did we order"?! We told her our order and she walked off again. When we finally received our meals, we asked for extra sweet and sour sauce because we ordered a total of 24 nuggets. She had given us 5 sauce packets and that wasn't nearly enough for 5 people to share. We stated we did ask for extra sweet and sour sauce during our initial ordering process and she already swiped our debit card. She argued with us that she'd given us enough sauces and to get more, it's an additional 62Ā¢. She was staring at us while we were both explaining we asked if extra sauce packets already and you just charged us for it. But, that wasn't good enough. She made us pay.
