I order from this store a lot so I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, 8 piece wings, two litter soda, a personal pan pizza combo, an extra cream cheese icing and cinnamon sticks. The driver arrived with the pizzas but did not bring the wings, drink, or the extra icing. I told him I am going to give him the tip when he returns. The manager called me and said "I slice the pizzas myself and I would have not sent them out if they were burnt but when the driver returns I will have him look at the pizzas and if he says they are burnt I will have him bring new ones" I said no problem. My kids were very hungry so I let them eat the pizzas, when the driver returned I showed him the pizzas that were left over and told him that it is okay my kids were hungry so I let them eat the pizzas and that I did not want them to send new ones, the driver then said "I do see that they are burnt and dry I do apologize I will let the manager know so that she can give you credits or a refund" I said ok thank you and gave him the tip (still did not bring my extra icing after all of the calls between myself and the store and them asking me what all was missing for confirmation) I called the store after he left to tell the manager that it's ok I let my kids eat the pizza and the manager said "well the driver called me and said that the pizzas were not burnt" I was so shocked because either she is lying or he is and I wish I would have recorded him. I give this store a lot of money and this is not the first time I have received burnt food but it is the first time I made a complaint about it and the manager was so dismissive, and rude. I attempted to call the store back to get the manager's name, the driver's name, and corporate's phone number but they would not answer the phone. I will be going to the store in person tomorrow, glad I took pictures. Food and service deserves no stars but I had to select something in order to post this review. I am highly upset because I gave the delivery driver my money as a tip and then he turns around and lie and tells his manager the opposite of what he told me this man looked me in my eyes and said "Yes I see that they are burnt and dry (I never said anything about being dry, he added that adjective on his own but it further more proves the fact that he saw with his own two eyes the same burnt pizzas that I was looking at), I apologize for the that.......I know it's been awhile so I understand why you let the kids eat the pizza, I will let the manager know so she can give you credits or a refund" The manager was so unprofessional because she is basically calling me a liar by saying "I wouldn't send anything out if it was burnt" without saying those exact words, "you are lying" If the owner is reading this please retrain your staff especially the manager that handled this situation very poorly.
