At first glance I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. We ended up passing it on the way to another restaurant that was closed due to the new year holiday. We turned around and decided to stop at this place along the road. When we walked in, I noticed that this little place looked like your typical "hole in the wall" which began fascinating me simply because hole in the wall spots are typically good to eat at. We ordered our drinks, one had a doctor pepper, and the other a cherry limeade. The cherry limeade was fantastic! When I typically get cherry limeades from other places, they're either super weak, or extremely strong. This one was right in the middle, it was worth the 4 bucks that i paid for it. My only complaint is they put to much ice in my glass. It isn't their fault as I should've made it clear that I wanted light ice. As for our entree, we both ended up getting the dirty chick. One plate had the spicy garlic Parmesan sauce and the other had the regular garlic Parmesan sauce. Both plates had the chicken tenders on top, a layer of Mac and cheese, and potatoes on the bottom. When my waiter sat the plate in front of me, I kept thinking that this looks like a kids meal. Needless to say it wasn't! The chicken tenders were flavorful, the Mac and cheese was outstanding, and the potatoes squares were fantastic. It was almost the perfect concoction. Either way, if I'm ever over that way again, I'll definitely stop in and have a bite.

Haven't been to this place in a while but it was worth the return! They've done some remodeling and expanded which I loved! I had a taste for a dirty plate, which is home fries, mac and cheese and topped with chicken tenders tossed in sauce of your choice. When I remembered it was .65 Wing Wednesday I decided to get some wings instead. Totally disappointed when I got there and it was for dine-in only! There was nowhere for us to sit and a long wait even if we chose to stay. If we had, by the time we were seated and ordered it would have been after 7p and the special would be over. So we decided to still go with takeout. I had the sweet mesquite heat and garlic parmesan wings. That sweet mesquite!!!! The bomb!! The garlic parmesan was totally bland and tasted like just naked wings with a little extra seasoning. So disappointed, because I was more excited about trying them then the mesquite. My boyfriend had half hot and half spicy bbq and he loved them! Although he was a little upset that his wings weren't separated like mines and they sat the ranch right in the middle of the wings so it was sauce all over the cup. That's a little unsanitary actually, being as those cups go through a few packages then hands before it's served with my food and then you sit it right on top of my wings.

Ordered take out from The Dirty Buffalo. Wanted to try the dirty burger dog.The best part of the meal is the dirty sauce that brings it all together. I know this because I have been there many times before. Forty minutes and two ERT tolls later I arrived at home with my meal. Opened it and did not have ANY DIRTY SAUCE on my food. Called the restaurant to let them know and they (after speaking with the manager) offered to refund $1.50 for the dirty sauce since I didn't want to spend another 40 minutes traveling for dirty sauce or paying additional tolls. To make things better the manager was not available to talk on the phone because they were conveniently too busy. They told me to call back the next day. What a good way to show you value your customers. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in life. Fast food restaurants have better service then what I received at this establishment. I won't mention that the mac & cheese barely had any cheese on the noodles. I'm sure that can be seen from the pictures. Order takeout/delivery from Dirty Buffalo at your own risk. **UPDATE** Called back and spoke to a general manager who rectified the situation. He apologized and offered to replace the meal at a later date. I will be visiting again after all. Maybe for dine in only.

We dined here during ODU’s Homecoming, despite being locals and not typically fans of wings. We decided to give it a try and were pleased to find many options beyond wings, all of which were delicious. We ordered a burger, the Chicken Parm Mac and Cheese, and the Broccoli Mac and Cheese. One thing to note about our visit was that the service was a bit slow, but given how busy it was, we understood. Unfortunately, our food arrived lukewarm at best, closer to room temperature. However, our server was friendly and attentive, doing the best they could under the circumstances. Despite the temperature, the food was so flavorful that we’re eager to return, hopefully during a less hectic time. Parking can be tricky, as the restaurant’s lot was full, but we were fortunate to find street parking nearby. The decor and atmosphere are ideal for a spot near a college, perfectly fitting the vibe of the restaurant. There’s even a small arcade area, adding a fun touch.

I was super excited to try this place for the first time with my brother and dad. When we went in, one of the staff members said it would be a 10 minute wait. There were many tables that were empty, but when we got sat, it was a table that was empty the whole time since we arrived. We ordered, and it took almost an hour for the food to come out, while other customers got their food before us (Mind you these are bigger parties that showed up after us). I got my chili cheese fries and it was mediocre. Then i got my boneless wings, it looked like they just sneezed seasoning on it. I couldve saved time and money by making the same thing at home, and it wouldve tasted 10x better. The servers were struggling trying to buss tables with absolutely no tray. It wasnt a good experience or taste. The only good thing is that im not hungry anymore. Im disappointed, and I would not go here again.
