Now we have to address an elephant. Your telling me you denied me a job, someone who actual was attempting to reach out to management before this was constructed, and now less then a year open you have a faculty problem? This is a corporate store and the guidelines are not clearly being followed! I was turned down for this to be happening! Norfolk truly is a special place where I did warn to be mindful of who you hire and as a former partner I’m glad you didn’t rehire me but it’s incredible how you have the store closed! This is our fourth time at the store. Phoebe is the gal run the place. I bring my friend there. Who’s in a home loves to go sit have a coffee and they treat us very well. I mean it’s not just coffee. It’s about the people at the counter and I’m sorry to hear other people have trouble but as far as I’m concerned, they do a great job. Some people love it , others dislike it , it's kind of iffy half the time at least with us ,they messed up our drinks , 2xs and still got 2 of them wrong , especially after spending 23$ and a tip , they either can't get their stuff together /don't care or possibly lack of training that's why we quit going , in my opinion not worth the money or the trip ,and some people may never have any issues or very few , we on the other hand have had issues the last 3 xs so we just choose to go other places , where we don't have issues...
