Prep 2 Pro Sports — Local services in Norfolk

My young son had won a redeption card and, like many kids, was becoming inpatient to receive this card. After a year of stopping in the store a couple of times each month to check on the status of the redeption card, he decided to write a review, not a very good one, about the store. He then received a call from Mike, the owner of the store in Norfolk, telling him to take the review down, that it was uncalled for. My son proceeded to take the bad review down and turned around and gave them a 5-star review, which was not at all deserved. After calling the company that he won the redeption card through, he was told that that player wasn't even a member of the NFL any longer and that they would be glad to send him a different redeption card, which he ultimately decided on . Nice new store, but they overprice their cards/products. Offered me a buck for a 10 dollar card, which was totally unfair. Staff is alright, but they do not negotiate AT ALL, so be warned. If they would trade/negotiate, they would get more customers. Also, if they had pokemon singles/products, they would atract more paying customers. Very cool place with a great selection of cards. I bought sports cards and got my son Minecraft trading cards also. The staff and owner were great to deal with and very informative.
