Starbucks — Restaurant in Norfolk

I really wish I could give no stars! I just ordered a venti iced matcha green tea latte with an extra scoop of vanilla bean powder and no ice....this lady told me that it’s an extra $1.50 because I don’t want ice in my drink!!!! Then, the other lady that was making my drink told me that vanilla bean powder is already in the drink then gave me the drink half mixed!! There was matcha powder all on the sides of the cup. Not only did they not give me what I ordered and payed for, I was charged more!! And the drink didn’t even taste good!! That’s my favorite drink that I’ve been drinking for years. Never going back there. So glad they just opened a Starbucks down the street. Don’t waste your hard earned money here guys. Especially if you work on a ship. They don’t know the stress we go...

I wish I can give them -5 stars!! They are idiots, they over charge for what they charhe out in town. I went in for a vente iced 8 pump white mocha and they be charging 6.02 then one day they decieded to charge me 6.89 im um no I dont think so. I told them I been paying them 6.02 and even showed them my bank statements proving it. And the little girl still wants to argue with me🙄 lile wtf i been coming here ALLOT longer then you been working here. Well come to f ik nd out I been paying way to much in the first place cause out in town its 20 cents CHEAPER!! Even at little creek base its cheaper like wtf! Stupid idiots get your shit together. obviously don't listen to orders; talked about personal problems and whatnot with each other while we were trying to order. said no whip, soy, grande and in turn got milk, whipped cream, and a tall. didn't give you your receipt so you can correct them. they didn't seem interested in having a job.
