Subway — Restaurant in Norfolk

Out of the 4 times that I've been there so far, one time their store hours are written wrong, another time the system was down so I can't get my sandwich and was charged for it, another time they are unable to make hot sandwiches. It's just one thing or another wrong with this establishment, and not consistent at all for an enjoyable dining experience. I gave it 2 stars because I was able to get my order done right 2 out of 4 times. The time when their system was down, the employee told me after that they tried to call me and someone answered and told them they did not order Subway, but I actually physically went to the store to pick it up, and did not receive any text or calls, so I highly suspect that they did...

The food is good but they are really light of the vegetables, and heavy on the sauces. They even give you smaller meat amounts now. They are also having health issues with bread as per the news, and if it's not healthy, then what's the point. The service is fast, and the people are friendly, and you have self checkout, and they remember your order, and that's the only positives I can think of.
