Tokyo Express — Restaurant in Norfolk

Took over an hour to get my food. The guy refused to walk up to my room so I told him I was going to take 5 minutes to walk down to the front entrance where he was waiting. He then gave me attitude for the 5 minutes he had to wait, as opposed to the hour I had to wait. Then when I see him he refuses to get out of his car to bring me my food. He instead waves me over and hands me a cut up piece of paper as a receipt. I asked him why it took an hour and he proceeded to give me attitude and insult me telling me "get out of my face" and how I was an ignorant teenager (I am neither a teenager or ignorant). I called to try and talk to the manager but there apparently "wasn't one". They were hesitant to give me the drivers name, they said it was "Shawn". Absolutely horrible experience. Zero customer service skills. Food there is mediocre at best. Would give 0...

Me and my coworkers always order from this place. Today I made an order with chicken and shrimp hibachi. A few bites in I’m stirring my rice and see a hair !!!! I called them and the lady over the phone was nice told me to bring it back. I get there and they start searching through the box trying to find the hair..before they gave me my replacement meal. The girl said “ I don’t see it , whatever “ gives me my replacement meal. I asked for extra sauces the old lady this time said “it’s 1 dollar “ I’m Like I already paid for extra sauce when I bought the meal. She says “the sauce isn’t in the bag” like what ?? I poured my sauce on my food when I was getting ready to eat it before the hair. And even so you’re about to charge me for 2 sauces when you just inconvenienced me by having hair in my food. !! I ordered 3 different types of hibachi and they all tasted like everything was cooked in some old fishy oil—even the vegetables and rice. What in the heck type of establishment is this place? What was supposed to be yum yum sauce was some Catalina dressing and mayonnaise. Most ghetto Asian food I have ever eaten. Nobody in my home was able to finish their meals. Big fake pieces of imitation crab meat drenched in some fishy oily sauce, broccoli was withered and very dark. I just can’t believe they expect to stay in business.
