There's no reason why a fast food restaurant should be acting like this when someone is simply trying to place an order. I get that staff may be low, and if so, there should be a sign that says when dining in is open and closed! So I ordered through the drive thru because not everyone has a car and this immature cashier looking at me trying to figure out what I am doing and what I am doing is, I'm trying to get food not just for me, but for others as well. Oh they laugh and laugh, but I still got MY ORDER across so joke's on them. They won't see the last of me and I can assure them that they will wish later through life that they didn't treat me like this.

Told you I would be back and I have. It is a shame that this place still has not changed since my initial review. These young Thundercats don't know good customer service which now makes sense because it has a ghetto (meaning poor run down neighborhood) type of atmosphere. I have came to the conclusion that the workers there must not have had proper home training; because the basic manurisms are not present. That is okay, it can still be taught even at this point in life; it is never too late until it is.
"Yessir," "No sir," "We do apologize for the inconvenience," "Sorry our dining room is closed, " We have limited staff at the moment, please bare with us," etc.
These are terms of servitude, prompting great customer service. None of the workers may see this but I will be showing up teaching each and every one that I come across what serving in a restaurant looks like if I see them go astray. Blessings...
Read moreGot our food in the drive thru and my littleS had to use the restroom so we went inside...thats were the 1 star comes in! We went in and noticed the bathrooms have the number pad locks on them which I found understandable. I got the attention of one of the guys in the bad and he came over KNOCKED, WAITED, and then opened the door. While in the bathroom, we hear someone knock( assuming it was the woman who had to use the restroom because I then heard her ask someone to open it not long after). My little YELLED "Hold ooon!" and I followed up with a "One second. Be out in a minute."
While I'm mid process of using the bathroom, the door opens!!! A male manager, didn't knock, just opened the door, saw me and still did not try to close the door🤦🏾♀️I yelled "We're in here!" while covering myself and going to push the door closed. I was able to close the door but the point is that this shouldn't have happened and after getting my little out of there I was pretty ticked off. My pops who I just picked up from the airport went in to address the situation and the guy just walked out of the store. The other employees were baffled after finding out that their manager walked in on "the lady with 2 kids" while using the bathroom. Even asking him "Why didn't you knock".
All & all, THEY CLEARLY NEED MORE TRAINING & we won't get food from here again because of this and of course our order being wrong &...
Read moreThey really need some help ,today a lady waited 30 minutes for her order , Multiple orders were messed up,the drink machine area was trashy because there was no one available to clean it so I did it myself just To get my drinks and condiments, another customer got upset because the manager touched her own face and then proceeded to make the customers food with the same gloves on,they had one employee working the register and then he was asked to prepare a baked potato for customer who had complained because she asked for 2 baked potatoes and that caused me to wait for him to take my order the manager then scolded a female employee for giving the customer the 2nd potato because she hadn't paid for it yet ,not knowing the customer was patiently waiting to pay for it..the employees were so frustrated and out of sync that I felt sorry for them all I honestly they think they need more experienced staff to help them get going smoothly.
