As one of the few Diner Chainz that's left in America, Denny's Marches On. Like a lot of other restaurant chains in America that suffered because of covid, Denny's strives to give you that Americano American diner road trip type experience.

Denny's corporate is reading this. Honestly, you guys need to get back to the 24-hour world.

Like so many other Diner chains out there in America who have suffered during covid, out of all of them, Denny's is the only one where you could truly sit down and actually relax. Perhaps the closest one to Denny's would be Steak n Shake, but it's a distant 2nd.

When it comes to diner chains in America, Denny's is on top, I would say close rival of theirs would be Waffle House but for a different reason.

The waitresses and the cooks that work at Denny's chains work really hard. I would say that out of all the diner chains, Denny definitely will go out of its way for customer service.

The next closest one closest one in customer service compared to Denny's would probably be Huddle House.

You do get good size portions at Denny's. Out of all the diner chains, though, Denny's is the most expensive.

However, the extra cash that you're paying you're getting in larger portions, really good customer service, and a good friendly atmosphere for you to relax in.

I called in at Dennys tonight at 10:35pm...The server Lauren who answered the call had took my order over the phone and told me it would be ready in 15 mins.I arrive at Dennys at 10:52 I paid for my cheese burger meal order it was $10.72....Lauren gave me back $8.28 instead of $9.28...So that was the first thing I had to correct her on.And a white male server gave me that $1 back that she hadnt.I then sat down and waited.Came 11pm I asked the server Lauren how much longer would my food be.She went back to talk to the cook and never came to tell me.So came 11:08 they brought my food out and it was made incorrectly.I let the manager Crystal know that I needed it remade, she told me it would be another 30 minutes to do so because there is only one cook.I then told the manager Crystal that if my food wasnt gonna be a priority then can I just please get a refund because I was suppose to be at work at 11pm and this is very poor customer service.She told me that there was no way I could get a refund.And that she had to take my name down to come back for a future purchase.I let her know I was NOT interested in ever coming back and I just wanted my money.She again said there was no way possible! I had to be at work at 11pm...This was the WORST customer service I have ever received! The night shift there was so rude, inconsiderate & had poor customer service.They absolutely did not care at all! It took everything within me to remain calm.I will be calling cooperate first thing in the morning.DONT GO TO...

Went in late after cornbelters game. Got started waited a bit as they are short staffed. Waitress got our drinks and mine which was coke was nasty and so was my son's root beer. She tried management to fix their new style coke machine but said they could not. Got me Dr Pepper it was better but still not great. Charged me for the drink anyway after all the hassle. Let alone I got the all you can eat eggs hashbrowns and pancakes meal. Never even asked if I wanted a refill which frankly hashbrowns were overcooked and pancakes were not their normal good ones. Guy came in and said he wanted to order but phone had been busy. Waitress says I know it's off the hook and kitchen is closing. Guy says it's only 11:30 you close at 12 she says actually it's 11:27 how ignorant and the Guy rolls his eyes and walks out. I realize they are short staffed but come on take care of your customers especially when their are only three tables in the whole restaurant. I thought the one on Oakland was bad but this one takes the cake. We will not return to this location and only...
