I have had some pretty iffy orders over my 34 years but this one takes the cake. More on the person than the restaurant tbh. I place my order for 2 combos and 2 cinnamon rolls. After waiting in line beind only 1 car for just a moment I then had to wait for 20 min and was asked to pull forward to wait for somthing, maybe the cinnamon rolls idk but anyway, I finally get my order, dont check it because I still believe in competent individuals. I get to my destination thankfully only 5 min away and there's no hashrounds. I go back and thankfully there's nobody at the order speaker but 3 in front, im told to wait at the speaker, ok fine, then I explained nicely im the person that just had the 2 combos and the hashrounds weren't in the bag, "yea pull around" I was told. So thinking ok it's a quick item and it's their mistake I pull next to the line near the window, afterall I had already waitin in line and they walked the order out, surely they can make it right. Nope. I wait for 2 cars to pass before I am yelled at from the window "sir your going to have to jump back in line!" I said "I have already been through the line and am running late for a breakfast with my wife, is there any way you can just hand them to me at the window?" She told me "I told you to just pull around!" I said "and I did, it's your mistake." She replied back "yea I guess so, what do u want!" At this point I said "THE HASHROUNDS YOU FORGOT TO PUT IN THE BAG!" And was then finally handed the rest of my order. Absolutely unacceptable for a customer service position to be filled with someone who has ZERO customer skills. But once I got it all the food was good...
Read moreThis was the worst Hardee's experience I've had in my life, my child is allergic to Dairy so while in the Drive-Thru I asked if there was any milk in the hash browns because some fast food restaurants use milk products in their potato products.. In a very condescending belittling voice the drive-thru person informed us that there was no milk in the hash browns, I should have left then but against my better judgement and the fact that my children were hungry we ordered about $48 worth of food and once again in a very condescending way the drive-thru person informed us that if we weren't paying in cash that I must have my ID ready with my card.. once we receive our food we pulled into the adjacent parking lot to get everyone situated pass around the food and be on our way at that point we realized that the eggs were overcooked the sandwiches that were supposed to be on toasted bread looked as if it had barely been toasted I was terribly upset and wanted to turn around and take the food back as I said before my children were hungry so we dealt with it but I will never return to the...
Read moreWhile I generally view Hardee's as a positive dining option, I believe there's considerable room for improvement in the restaurant's atmosphere and customer service. While I've had no issues with wait times or food quality, the staff's demeanor has been a notable concern. They often appear impatient, rushing customers and delivering service in a curt manner. Additionally, the restaurant's ambiance is impacted by multiple malfunctioning lights, with over half of the sign failing to illuminate at night. The lack of fixtures on the sides of the building, except under the drive-through, can create confusion about the store's operational status during nighttime.
I suggest a comprehensive store remodel, long overdue by over a decade, to address these issues. Regular building maintenance, especially fixing the lighting elements, would significantly enhance the overall appearance and functionality. Moreover, a retraining initiative for the staff to prioritize friendliness and customer satisfaction would go a long way in making patrons more comfortable choosing Hardee's for their...
