I went in this past Saturday to purchase a cake. I waited in line behind a very confused couple who couldn't figure out their order for about 10 minutes. There were 2 other families dining in the restaurant at the time and while waiting another couple came in line behind me and my kids. The drive thru was not that busy either as several of the workers were just walking around while I was waiting. When it was my turn I asked if someone could write Happy birthday on the cake for me. Mind you, the cake was completely blank. There was only a border. The cashier asked another girl who was walking around and the girl just basically said no, probably not. Then, when I didn't seem satisfied with that answer, she asked what I can only assume was the manager on duty and he says "Not right now." I could maybe see if they were incredibly busy or short staffed but it appeared neither was the issue. No apology either. I was so annoyed at just the absolute absence of any customer service. At the next window I was handed a blizzard that wasn't made correctly and a pup cup. I told them there was an item missing and the blizzard was wrong. The person at the window said they were sorry but can't ring up food at the second window. I was confused. I repeated the information. You guys messed my order up. What you gave me was incorrect. They asked for a receipt which I didn't get. The third item was never rang up and the first item was rang up incorrectly. They said I had to go through the drive-thru again to reorder the missing food (no mention of the incorrect blizzard). It took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru the first time I'm not waiting again for your mistake. They said hold on while they ask the manager. They came back 3 seconds later and said their manager said no so I drove away with food that I didn't want and $17 poorer. Never...
Read moreBad experience.. I got food and a blizzard and I got my food after about 20 long minutes. It wasn’t timely but at least I got it. I never received my blizzard though so I went up when I was about done with my food and asked if my blizzard was ready. Mind you, it had already been 15 ish minutes. I asked the cashier and she said well he’s probably making it with an attitude and was totally rude about it. I said okay and sat down and waited some more time. I got up at least 4 times to see if it was ready and it wasn’t. When we were done with our food there was no point in waiting for it so I asked for a refund. Then the cashier with the attitude decided to ask if I still wanted it. Considering how long others were waiting just for ice cream, yeah I’ll pass. In short, don’t go here it’s such a hassle and the customer service isn’t great....
