That will be my last trip to this Wendy's. I placed an order for a large bowl of chili through the app and arrived 10 minutes later. My order, again for just one bowl of chili, wasn't ready yet. I waited a few minutes and quickly saw that the staff working were really overwhelmed, they were pretty busy and it was about Noon. At one point I even heard the guy making sandwiches that people are just going to have to wait if they want their food. I had an appointment for a tire rotation within walking distance so I left to drop of my truck and then walked back. About 20 minutes after originally placing my order I was back and my order still wasn't ready. I waited patiently and found an opportunity when someone didn't seem to be in the middle of something to ask if they had an mobile order for a large chili, the cashier told me hold on and immediately turned to the next person in line and took their order. They didn't even bother to check if they had the order. A minute later a person walked by that seemed to be the manager and I got their attention by saying excuse me. I politely said that I had been waiting about 25 minutes for a large chili and she politely turned to ladle chili into a bowl that had already been sitting on the counter and was clearly damaged to the point where the lid won't stay on. I'm glad I noticed before I might have spilled it on myself. The manager didn't even pretend to apologize for the wait. Oh well. Read moreStaff here is almost always rude which is why even though I live only 2-3 minutes away, I will likely never return to this location. The last straw was my most recent order, not 20 minutes ago. Placed an order for drive through picked for 2 burgers, an order of fries, a soda and a couple of Frosty's. When picked up we got a soda Fry's and a single burger. Told the clerk they forgot the Frosty's and we were told we didn't order any Frosty's. After a minute if arguing they check the receipt and finally give up the Frosty's. During that time we checked our bag, no longer trusting the order is accurate and find a missing burger. We tell the clerk a burger is also missing. "Which one?" I'm sorry, I don't know which one, I didn't wrap it up. To which this clerk decided to insult us with "sounds like your missing everything right now, aren't you?" May be funny among friends but not to a hungry customer you've already messed up with once. I don't really want anything out of this review other than others to read before deciding to give their business to a crew who clearly wants anything BUT to provide terrible service to their customers. Read moreI’ve never been more embarrassed for anyone in my life more than the employees at this restaurant. First, the online ordering didn’t work so I had to go inside. It took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order while I was waiting at the counter, as the employee was just standing there looking at the person on fries. Then, a person in the drive thru came inside and said their order was wrong, so naturally, I got skipped over again so they could help them. Finally was able to give my order, but I had to initiate the conversation because the cash register employee just came over and stood there looking at me after giving the person in the drive thru their correct order. My free fries coupon on the app wouldn’t scan, and the employee just continued to stand there, offering zero solutions or care. So, I paid full price for the fry. Next, it took another 10 minutes to get my food. I watched in horror as my burger was placed in the bag, and all that was needed was a large fry that took probably 7 minutes to arrive. And no, there were plenty of fries, so they weren’t making them fresh.
