My wife and I stopped in for the first time today. Overall we liked the atmosphere, the server, and the menu. However, some of the pricier items on the menu left much to be desired, and their barbecue needs some serious help. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of indoor, and outdoor seating. I liked how the dining area is partitioned from the bar. The rough cut cedar planks making up the wall gave the restaurant a warm, and rustic appearance. Our waiter was calm, polite, and attentive, and the other staff that brought the food to the table were friendly, and helpful. The pretzels and beer cheese appetizer was pretty good. I don't like cheese sauce, but my wife said it was great. I paid an extra 50 cents for the homemade spicy, pink mustard, and it was really, really good. The pretzels themselves were good, but I personally prefer baked pretzels over fried. My wife ordered the ribeye, and I ordered the three meat barbecue platter. The steak was decent, but didn't seem worth the $30 (approx.) price tag. It was cooked to the correct medium rare temperature, and had good flavor, but was tougher than most ribeyes we order at other steakhouses in the area. Even though the steak was just decent, the mac and cheese and baked potatoes were really good. The barbecue platter was a big fail. The turkey, and brisket were really dry (see the picture), and bland. There was no discernible smoke ring, or smoke flavor anywhere, and little to no seasoning. The bratwurst was was OK, a bit bland, and too fine of a ground (very hotdog like). Personally, I think the restaurant would do well to hire a good pit boss, or stay out of the barbecue business. There are too many legit barbecue joints around. Though I was disappointed with the barbecue, I would like to try it again. The menu is very well thought out, and has a lot of really good sounding options.

Quick, professional service in a nice atmosphere. Big open floor plan with a roadhouse/burger joint type vibe. Perfect mix of mom and pop with franchise chain(i.e., smoothly oiled machine without losing that attention to detail such is of a chain restaurant). Plenty of TV's so you'll always have an angle on your game during NFL, MLB season. If sports isn't your cup of tea they also have a vast amount of decor/memorabilia embellishing the walls throughout making it easy to leave the phone in your pocket and stay off of social media for a while.😆 The only reason Im rating 4* rather than 5 was due to my Reuben sandwich. Today was my first time visiting, in which I ordered a Reuben sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was a good sandwich, but for $17 (sandwich w/ff and a drink) I was a little disappointed. The corned beef was really quite dry despite being a sandwich topped with sauerkraut and dressing yet sadly both of these items that possibly could've saved it were used quite conservatively when in comparison to a traditional Reuben 😐. I actually ended up running back inside for an extra side of dressing in which I used the entire ramekin and that seemed to help 😆. Still, regardless, I ate the entire sandwich so I can't be too harsh. It was far from a bad sandwich. It just wasn't as good as I had hoped especially with the price in mind. Im definitely going to be visiting again though and will update my rating accordingly. Im just chalking up today's visit to there possibly being a new cook or me just having bad luck/timing etc. The handcut and blanched FF we're great though, hot and salted perfectly to my liking. In closing I say give em a shot. They have plenty variety to offer for even the pickiest eaters, great staff and a relaxing environment to enjoy it all in giving it definite potential of being added to the...

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars 🌟 I would because they really deserve it. Where do I start? This was my first time dining here and it was during the lunch rush. We had a party of 5 and were seated promptly. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile, which is rare these days. Then the waiter introduced himself and his trainee. He was so courteous and just super respectful. Everyone at the table commented on his positive body language, attitude, and attentiveness. He was the perfect person to train someone. Looking at the menu, there were so many things I wanted but will have to return to try everything. The waiter gave us some suggestions and I must say he was accurate. I wish I would've taken a picture because the meal presentation was just spectacular! They present it so perfectly that it doesn't look like it should be real, which may have made it taste better because I've never tasted food this good, especially at this price point. Oh yeah the price point is excellent and the portion size is just so generous. My mouth watered everytime a plate came out to different guests tables. This place checks off all my boxes. Clean friendly atmosphere, from the parking lot to the bathrooms Delicious and perfectly cooked meals with lots of variety 😋 Respectful and attentive staff Easy access, right of the highway Seated and served promptly Meat was juicy and seasoned just right, not overly salty Made us feel very well taken care of and not rushed during lunch hour. I could go on and on, but you'll just have to experience this place for yourself. This is my first perfect restaurant review and it is well deserved. Thanks for providing a great establishment. I will...
