Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Norman

I ordered a meal from the drive thru and ordered their fried pickles in place of my fries. I ordered another menu item for my husband and found when I had gotten home she also had replaced his fries with fried pickles. When I got to the window, the girl working seemed distracted. She asked for the payment, ran my card and immediately shut the window and proceeded to play on her phone. She then was talking on her phone while the window was open and she handed me the drinks I ordered and forgot the straws. She handed me the food while still on her phone and I went home. When I got home, again this is when I realized my husband's meal had the fried pickles also (which he doesn't like) and I felt like the girl at the window didn't quite get how customer service works since she was on the phone almost the whole time I was at the window. And I assume she had done the same to the other customers in line. I called the manager, who I told everything to. He was kind enough to offer me a full refund and apologized for the employee's behavior. He assured me he would speak with her about it, and I hope he did. I've worked as a server before, and I understand that the food industry can be boring, hard and seemingly steals from your social life, but it's work and you have to be professional if you hope to keep your job or have hopes of moving up or finding better work. So I would say the food is ok but the ppl who work there including the manager are a bit racist bc when I and my family walked in. You see the worker was relaxing by the register which means she's been standing behind the register for a while. Ànd the place was totally empty.

But when me and my family pay for our food to dine in. And me and my family sat down for our food. That's when the worker who was behind the register relaxing decides to go clean table and broom the floor in the tables and floor surrounding our area. Which makes no sense bc she had hours to clean floor and table when the place was totally empty the whole time. As if that wasn't enough the manager comes out of nowhere to stand and watch us and he proceeds to sit down to watch us eat. Very ridiculous, and very unprofessional.

When a yt female customer came and sat in front of the manager who is male, he decides to tilt his head down and not be looking anymore and the girl cleaning decides to go further away and act like she cleaning elsewhere. That shows they not doing it to other race, and that's ridiculous and unprofessional. So I left the plates and cups from what we ate and drank on the table for them to clean. AndI will take my money elsewhere where it is more appreciated.

And another thing me and my family love to buy food on a weekly bases. So I will take my business elsewhere. Goodbye and learn how to treat customers equally Latino ppl...

Since i started eating @ Slim Chickens in Norman, Oklahoma. every time i stop thru there i eat & never got sick, the only restaurant i have eaten @ for a long period of time & not get sick. so to me that mean they are clean & cook to proper standards, thank ya'll for everything, luv this place & the Day Shift, Keep up the great spirit ya'll have....

Well it's been some time & I haven't been to this location. The last 2 times I went to dine in this location, each time later that night I got sick & I notice it's a new crew there from the last time I was here. I don't think I will be back to this place again. Well you had a 2 year run of excellence, perhaps you need your old day crew back on the job @ lease they didn't get your customers sick. I can't say, this the only restaurant that haven't made me sick anymore. O yea, the cashier str8 up lied to me, with a str8 face. You have call in orders so the answer to my question you said to me, shows me, your full of shii, I hope your coworker told you what I said. Jus in case he didn't, I said: tell her I know why she gave me that answer, I jus asked her that to see if she would lie to me or not & yo fake azz did.
