Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Norman

Terrible service. If I could score this visit a ZERO STAR, I would. We sat for a long time before our drink order was taken, then sat forever before the drinks came back. Waited a long time again for our food order to be taken. Every time we ordered, they came back saying something was out. The manager didnt even apologize when he came to tell us the food was unavailable. Our food didn't come out right, and each time we asked for something simple, like sauce or milk, we were met with attitude, and it took awhile to get it back to us. We had to continue to ask for drink refills, then we were given our ticket in the middle of our meal. SHE SAT OUR TICKET ON TOP OF OUR FOOD ON THE PLATE AND WALKED AWAY NOT SAYING A WORD. Then she came back 5 minutes later and just stood staring at us, I assume expecting us to pay her. When I looked at her puzzled, she said she wanted to explain my ticket. I told her if I had questions, I would ask when I was done eating. My son went for to-go boxes because we got tired of waiting for someone to come by for us to ask for one, then we left money on the table, more than enough to cover the tab and even a tip, and we left. While walking to our car, SIX PEOPLE came running out accusing us of walking on the tab. The manager, Mr. Bates, said no money was on the table. My brother told him it was on the table and to go back and look. The manager went back in, then came back out screaming there was no money on the table. My brother walked back to the table flipped up the tray and showed him the money. The manager then wadded up the money, threw it at my brother and told us to never return. Needless to say, the entire visit was enough for me not...

We visited this location around 9:45 p.m. on a sunday. I visited with my two daughters that are bi-racial. A server immediately went to the host stand and told the host to see us with a different server. I later inquired I believe her name was Anna. We were sat with a male server that didn't greet us for 13 minutes. The server was very jittery, disheveled, apron was on crooked, it was a very uncomfortable experience. After waiting so long to be greeted it was another 37 minutes for our food to arrive, besides us there was only one other table in the restaurant. I ordered lemon pepper bone-in wings and I was served lemon pepper sauced wings. I was confused because on the menu I believed that it said the lemon pepper was dry rub. When I brought it to the server's attention he said that there is sauce and dry rub in the lemon pepper flavoring. He said that unless the guest specifies they just serve sauced wings. He asked if I would like them remade and I advise that I would. He brought back wings that look like they were just taken out of the fryer and placed on a plate of seasoning. There were no seasoning on my wings just on the plate. I asked to speak to the manager showed her the plate she offered to remake them however that would have been the Third remake. You could tell when the wings were brought back to me they were the same wings and they were just put in the fryer again as they were extremely hard and so dry that you couldn't even eat them. My daughter's food was wrong also. Not sure why we were treated this way but we will definitely never be going back. We paid $60 for food that we did...

Had a super disappointing visit here last night. The place was pretty much empty which surprised us (especially for how mediocre the service was).

We ordered apps and got chips and salsa and cheese curds. The curds were good but for over $11 we only got maybe 20 of them.. we had to send back our salsa due to it tasting like canned tomato paste with some diced tomatoes sprinkled on top. When we received the new salsa it had the same exact taste so it went uneaten. Obviously this isn’t a Mexican restaurant but the salsa didn’t have any sort of kick, spice or flavor to it.

When the main entrees came out the Mac and cheese was barely warm and appeared like it had been sitting out for hours. The street tacos were unremarkable but the wings and fries were good. For how empty the place was we expected the food to be piping hot and the service to be attentive but our waiter only visited us once or twice after getting our food and never checked in on us - just asked if we wanted boxes.

I personally like Buffalo Wild Wings but we don’t get to eat there much due to the prices. I was given a gift card from my employers that I had the option to use on over 100 restaurants and I chose Bdubs as a little gift to myself so it sucks that I wasted that card just to have disappointing food and service. I wouldn’t normally write a review about a business but this one was definitely needing one. If you’re going to go to Buffalo Wild Wings find a better location...
