Excited about having a Whataburger close to my home now, but this place is clearly not prepared to be serving guests yet. I gave the location several weeks before going as I know it can be rough the first couple of weeks opening a new store. I've been in this industry for 30 years so I'm not judging for the sake of judging, but how in the world do you run out of burger buns at a restaurant with the word "burger" in its' name? Embarrassing!!! No communication, cashier couldn't figure out how to ring my order up correctly, they just took my money and sent out an incorrectly made burger on soggy under toasted bread slices instead of a bun. Brought it to the manager's attention and all she did was argue with me and make excuses. $16 for a small fry, a double bacon cheeseburger with "grilled" jalapenos, which were pickled and not grilled and a drink. Female manager wanted to argue. Another manager saw I was upset after sitting back down and only offered to remake the "burger" still obviously without the bun. 🤦♂️ Fries were cold and unseasoned. If you're not gonna salt the fries put some shakers on the table instead of having people get up and down for stuff, Covid is over. Overall, an awful experience. Maybe I'll give them another try in 6 months, perhaps they'll have some things figured...
Read moreDisappointment. Our food was handed to me in a tiny bag and by the time I got home the ten old fries were at the bottom of the bag. This is my second time at this location. The first time we waited forever for our food but it was worth the wait. I rarely leave reviews anywhere, but the food tonight was old. There were 10 fries tops, in my son's kids meal. The fries are old, cold and rubbery, the chicken strips are so tough I couldn't tear them for my 2 year old and the spicy chicken sandwich has been sitting just as long as the fries and chicken strips. There were two cars pulled forward waiting on food, and people behind me so I figured there would be a bit of a wait as others were waiting . There was no wait. However, I would rather wait and get fresh, decent food, rather than be hurried through the line and receive whatever has been laying around forever. We only spent 13.00 but I'm a single mom going through clinicals to become an RN, so going out to eat doesn't happen often. Hence the reason I only ordered a sandwich and not the whole meal. And I'm thankful I didn't. Off to...
Read moreWent thru last night 7/6/25 and whomever was taking orders (a girl) did not listen when I was ordering and I repeated myself twice. I went inside to try and rectify the sandwich for a different item to satisfy another family member since they screwed up my sandwich entirely and I chose not to order my item qgain and whomever made the order didn't make the new sandwich as requested either after the MOD rang it up for me. I want to clarify what drive-thru personnel job is and that is Customer Service and to Listen to the customer and not butt in to ask "is that it or anything else." We as people will say (ie: "that is all" or "that should be it.") When you try and rush people thru the ordering process that is why things become wrong or left out because you dont listen to begin with. If you're having a hard time hearing the customer or whatever have them repeat or turn off their vehicle if they can. Customer Service and listening is your job description. Who cares about a drive thru timer? Order Accuracy and Customer service experience should be of...
