I have been here twice, one thing has been consistent, while the other has not. Both times that I have been here, the service is subpar at best, the waitresses seem like you are an inconvenience for them, unless you are a ‘regular’, then their attitude changes pretty quick and they can be very friendly, but only to the regulars. This is one reason I stopped eating at Tiffany’s in Noble. We received our food and the waitress informed us that they ran out of biscuits. My husband replied ‘That’s okay, I only wanted one biscuit anyway’. A different waitress that was clearing the table next to us must have thought my husband was being sarcastic and made a really snide comment that we all heard. Something along the lines of ‘I’m so sorry we aren’t working hard enough for you to receive two biscuits.’ Just rude sarcasm, really not necessary. I ordered the egg quesadilla and it was amazing to say the least. But all three of us received hash browns that were impossible to eat. They were so crispy, borderline burnt. But they also had a consistency of being fried twice? I literally could not eat them. I’m not sure yet if I’ll be returning, but if I do eat here again, it will be...
Read moreWe called ahead to see what the wait was like and were told about 5 minutes. So after arriving we learned that you just get in line and are waiting to be seated. But after 20 minutes we were still waiting. Once we were next to be seated the phone rang and I heard someone else being told the wait was 5 minutes. It must be standard policy to say 5 minutes no matter what. That's pretty shady to me. The food was ok but wasn't worth the wait. The eggarito was just a big egg burrito. The sausage patty just crumbled apart which I'm not used to. The biscuits seemed a little tough and the gravy was ok. The pancakes were the best part. Tasty, fluffy, with a little crunch on the edges. The tamale, I don't even know what to say about it. What was in it? Normally it's filled with meat like pork. I don't think there was any meat. But that being said, I don't know what was in it. It was also very thin and I couldn't even fully cut through it with the butter knife. Apparently Guy Fieri ate there. It's definitely got that dinner feel. A bit crowded. Just enough room to walk through without...
Read moreI grew up in Jersey, where we have Diner Restaurants open 24 hours. After moving here, I missed Diner terribly and found your place, so I thought I'd try it out. I ordered the mushroom and cheese burger and fries. I told the server, Kenya, that I'm allergic to tomatoes. She said there were no tomatoes on the burger. When they sent me the burger, I saw the seasonal toppings and asked Kenya what they were. I watched as Kenya asked Cook Preston to find out if the seasonal toppings had any tomatoes. Cook Preston acted like annoyed and glazed at me. and took the seasonal toppings away from the server. I was shocked because it's crucial for me to know before eating. I said I couldn't eat the burger due to my severe tomato allergy. So, I swapped to breakfast eggs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because I asked for western eggs without tomatoes, but I only got a cheese omelette. Server Kenya was very sweet and nice, but Cook Preston needs to go in my opinion. Definitely very disappointed and will...
