Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Normandy

I will never come back to the dominos ever. I dont care how close it is. My first day back coming to this location and this happens. I picked my 4 boxes of pizza up and 2 order of wings. Yes it felt like everything was there. I get home and start making my kids plates and get to the third medium pizza and it was empty. How the hell do they make that type of mistake?! Why would the box even be over on the shelf with my food as if something was in it. Then the box was dirty as if something was in it. I dont understand. Im beyond pissed. I did not plan on coming back out once i got back home. Excited to eat just to find out i have an empty box. I paid damn near $70 for this order. This is pure bs. Then they guy tried to call me a liar. Claiming they wouldnt do that. It felt like they were all there he felt the weight blah blah. I had 2 small boxes of wings, 3 medium boxes and 1 large box. It felt like a full order. Something like this should never happen. This is terrible smh. Chris seen he had a sausage and pepperoni in front of him and gave me that but it was thick crust and all of my pizzas were thin so he got a thin sausage pizza off the shelf. I was supposed to have sausage and pepperoni thin crust. At least he tried. But he laughed when i brought the box in. Not funny at all. We was all ready to eat and this is my first meal today. Pissed. All of my pizzas were supposed to been thin crust. The empty box shows that a thick crust round triangle cut pizza was in there. So how the hell was that my pizza when i was supposed to have all thin crust which is cut in sqaures not triangles. Come on now. Smdh.. just added what my actual empty pizza boxes really looked. Smh. Thick vs thin. The proof is in that nasty ass empty box. . update i wrote corporate and when i thought they were doing nothing and didnt care i received a certificate for 4 free medium pizzas. That was awesome. I truly appreciate that. I still won't return to the Normandy location though. Will visit other locations. Thank you

*since i cant post a new review. I have been having good experiences lately since I started back ordering. It went from no delivery available to getting deliveries finally. Food had been good. Ordered friday December 6th and im vegan now so i order pizza marinara, cheeseless pizza w mushrooms, spinach, and black olives w extra sauce. Its usually super delicious. This time it was super saucey which i have no complaints but now i feel it was to cover up fowl play with my food. After eating enough slices as im biting im tasting a musty taste. Aftwr a few more slices amd tasting that taste i stopped eating it. Then the spinach was weird af. My spinach has never been like this. Wish i could add more pics but i dont see that option. The spinach wasnt good to me and seemed precooked before being added to my pizza. Im done. This makes me not want to eat out at all. Dont play with my food that goes into my body. My experience has been horrible, the worst! I wish I can give this location 0 stars! I feel disrespected and that my money was stolen from me. 3/17/25 | placed an order online for delivery received my food and everything was wrong. I contacted the store and a lady answered the phone and told me that they were "too busy" to remake and deliver the correct order. For me to call back tomorrow and she would put a credit on my account. Today is 3/18/25. I call the store back and tried to replace the order, the same lady said that their systems were not working at the moment so she will call me back within an hour so she could place the order, but I would have to pay the delivery fee. She never called back! So, later this evening I called the store back and another lady answered the phone and was very rude and disrespectful! I explain to her the situation and she hung up on me twice. The third time I spoke with who he said was the Manager by the name of Chance, he said that he contacted the manager of the earlier shift and she stated she never spoke with me! UNBELIEVABLE! We ordered pizzas last night and after two hours and their phone playing an automatic message saying they're having phone issues, we went up to the store to find out what was happening. At this point the cost of our order had been pulled from our account, refunded, then pulled again. When we went inside the young man at the counter was taking a personal call while all the other phones were ringing non stop. He proceeded to continue his personal call without acknowledging us standing two feet in front of him for a SOLID ten minutes. I'm serious. He finally gives us just enough of his attention to tell us that he'd void our order because they only had two staff and no delivery driver. There were SO MANY BOXES of orders that they were allowing to be placed with literally no plan to ever deliver. The guy in the back was obviously busy making pizzas (for what purpose I have no clue considering they would never be delivered) but the guy at the front was the most useless employee I've ever witnessed and was obviously just there to get a free pay check.
