The slowest pharmacy!!!! I was asked if I wanted to wait since it would only be 20 min and an hr later my child and I are still here ,I go check and see what the hold up is and she now has forgotten that she told me that it would be 20 min ,asking if I was there earlier when we never left and we have been sitting here in her face watching her give out meds. They prioritize drive thru over people on the inside that have been waiting for too longNow,the pharmacist is still verifying which is a lie cause I clearly saw her go get it off of the shelf and ask for it to be verified by the doc right then then after an hr passed, only due to me inquiring about it after 40 min ,they simply forgot to walk over and bag it. Another 10 min later we are waiting for the doc to finish giving shots to multiple people before my child's meds were verified, after she casually tells the doc to verify my child's meds niw that she doesnt wanna hear what Im saying. The way they waste people's time unapologetically as if I would of ever chosen to sit here this long with a sick child if I would of known.This is the absolute worst walgreens to get a script filled at. If you can go to a diff one please do so or your time will def get wasted. I wasn't given an apology, sorry for your wait or any of that. The retail lines are always to the back of the store as well. The backup cashiers act blind when there is a line and you will spend at least 10 min in it if you choose to stay in line. The attitudes of the workwrs don't help either. A cashier (skinny lady with the red mohawk) came from the front as If she had to watch us cause I got upset and voiced my opinion as If I didnt have the right to do so!!! FOH!!! Do better!! I will never even attempt to get a script filled...

The topical lotion they gave me I am allergic to thatās why Iāve never refilled it. I called immediately and the lady said uh oh what did I do. I said you gave me the wrong medicine. She said hold on, all I could hear was a bunch of mean women in the background. She was asking them to take it back or how could they help. Came back to the phone and told me to hold again, but hung up. I drove back to Walgreens a few hours later, because I had other business, and both of the ladies decided to be ignorant and say āItās not on automatic refill, so you mustāve ordered it.ā I proceeded to tell them scalp oil and topical lotion is different. I am barely surviving and my scalp is currently burning! She said they donāt take medication back, which is fine, Iāll trash it. But both are $40, so who is paying for the one I asked for? Since I had to pay for the one yāall gave me!? She said I can talk to the manager Monday. I literally had to wait until I got paid to by this medicine and now you want me to spend more money I donāt have because yāall screwed up? Itās clear they donāt care unless it benefits them. Iām super pissed about how they treated me. I hate to say it, but the man seems to be the only one with decent communication and empathy! North Oaks wonāt have to ever worry about me again. Iāve been coming here for my meds for over 20 years. I live in the community and Iāve never had problems with the workers. Clearly they are new. I hate to say it, but it can close down...

At 9:52pm i stood outside this store pulling on the locked doors while employees still checking out other customers inside - stared blankly at me, as if wondering when i would get the hint. They had apparently decided to screw last minute customers like me by closing at some other time than what was posted on the outside of the building. Just to the right of the door, this business claimed to be open until 10pm...yet at 9:52pm (which occurs before 10pm) the doors were locked and no compassion for my roommate and i was given. Walgreens... If serving the customers in this area is so much of a pain that working until your posted hours is too much to bare... then just SHUT IT DOWN! Otherwise, have enough respect to display your ACTUAL closing time! If you hate us so bad that you are gonna block your services to us randomly, then this one star review is well earned, as well as boycottibg this location moving forward. Customers are tired of hearing "we are shorthanded." It would take 15 seconds to amend ur sign to read 9:45 pm closing time. I would add... It would be less detrimental if you was a shoe store, of a donut shop. You are a PHARMACY tho. Folks...
