They steal out your layway & its been going on for the ten years I been going & still going on which I had a whole layway come up missing & just May 2019 , I had a layway that came up missing & I call the manager over the managers at the stole it's always that she will call me back & now the manager that supposed to get back to me is on vacation & I want I don't care about any of that , I want my money back so Monday Im calling BBB & News about this & a lawyer because I spend so much money in all. the City Trends which they know me by name which Saint Charles they get 10 stars cause I can have 10 layaways cause I do at one time & I have everything never had anything taking but North Oak is a mess & I'm not going to let them take my stuff & case close anymore & I want never layaway their again so people take a picture of everything you put in cause if not it want be the same in size are it may be gone cause they will take what you got the same day u put in in......Truly Mrs Blue...that ain't letting this go again So All people Please Be...

CitiTrends is the new Burlington coat factory. A lot of discounted high quality clothing. I bought a pair of shorts normally priced $15.99; CitiTrends had this item reduced to $4, this item was also on the 50% off clearance rack so I only paid $2. I bought a pair of joggers for $10.99, a cologne for $2.99, and a shirt normally priced $16.99 for $4. I would recommend this store for men, women, kids, they even have a home goods section & snacks. Overall very satisfied with shopping experience. I will be coming back for more clothing needs. They also sell socks, underwear, shoes. Horrible Location!!! The staff is extremely Unprofessional, Unattentive, Rude, Catty, very weird, just plain Sad!!! They act like they don't want to be at work?!? You can't ask a question without getting an attitude. It's like a bunch of children working at these places posing as Adults! Make sure you watch your car before going into this location, since it may be gone when you're done shopping... Never mind, Just DON'T SHOP HERE! ...
