I really wanted to like this place. It appears that the owner and I have the same taste in movies, just not food. First, the menu online is all wrong. It's from 6 or 7 years ago and he doesn't know how to change it. That's not good. Several things I wished to order I was told no longer are offered/have been substituted with something else. Next, because the menu is so old, the prices are not up to date, so I expected to spend $12 for a small pizza, and $9 for some chicken tenders. Wrong. Try $17 & $12, respectively. The kitchen doesn't open until 4, which, I'll admit, I didn't look all that hard, but I don't think that's listed anywhere. Lastly, the food is average to subpar. The pizza (The Bronx Tale) was average. Not a lot of flavor, crust was stiff near the edge, but very floppy in the middle. I hate getting shotchanged on toppings, but overdoing it is equally as bad. Far too many peppers and onions. The chichen tenders were Buffalo tenders, which, I live near Buffalo, so I know what they are supposed to be like. These were sauce less. Look at the photos. DRY. BONE DRY. I can't tell if they are old/freezer burned, or simply way too overcooked. Either way, I got through two bites and threw them out. They weren't edible. I don't think it would take much to make the place good, but you actually gotta do it. I spent waaaay too much money for food that was worse quality than Wendy's/Burger King.

Very comfortable environment tucked away. Well decorated. Owner is very nice. I would like to see full size Guinness pints, but everything else is great. You can watch live tennis matches below the restaurant through large windows. Very cool. Service is a bit slow. Only 1 person (owner) on duty. Very long wait time before a courtesy check on the empty glass patrons.

Everytime I come to try something new here it's always delicious. Plus with their most recent renovations they have a nice flow. The staff is always polite and attentive. I'd personally recommend the roast beef and the pizza is okay. Over all a wonderful restaurant.

Culpeppers has the BEST buffalo wings and pizza in North Andover. I'm super picky about pizza and hated all the pizza places in the area when I moved here, until I found this place. Most bars will serve you overpriced frozen food, but not here. Everything is super fresh and delicious at very reasonable prices. Jimmy and the waitresses make you feel right at home and treat you like family. This place is no frills and has a super relaxed, small town bar vibe. The cocktails are great and reasonably priced and they have a wide selection of beers on tap. Culpeppers has quickly become our go-to spot for watching games, relaxed date nights, or a much needed...

Excellent place to hang out and grab drinks. I do admit, I was skeptical about bars in North Andover and Lawrence because of the public safety stats (I'm Transgender and this is important). I am delightfully surprised by the comforting atmosphere this place brings. It is locally owned, has a lottery dispenser and Keno Tickets, and a loyalty program where you can earn rewards on drinks.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to hang out and grab a drink....
