Yesterday while shopping I needed to use the restroom and when I entered this area I was totally surprised to se how filthy it was. I did take pictures to show toilet paper all over the floors and the toilets were disgusting. It was also evident the hand towel dispenser was empty and paper all thrown around it. I brought this situation to a clerk at the desk to inform the Manager how awful of the condition the restroom was in. I actually had to go over to Dunkin Donuts and utilize their restroom. How can the employees use the restroom in this condition and not bringing it to Management's attention. I find that driving to the friendly clerks and baggers (and great prices) of Market Basket makes more and more sense all the time.
Stop & Shop, don't be penny-wise and pound-foolish. Your stores are usually pretty empty when I'm there, while Market Basket's are packed. You can't make customers perpetually frustrated and expect them to keep...
