I love the pizza and cakes here. The pizza is a unique style, with a square slice, a very sweet tomato sauce, and just a hint of cheese. It's baked twice, and you can pay a little extra to have a slice of american or provolone cheese, pepperoni, or other toppings put on top before the second bake. Their cakes are also very good, especially their strawberry shortcake (which is a pineapple-juice-soaked sponge cake with strawberry filling and whipped cream icing) and chocolate strawberry (which is topped with a chocolate ganache and rum-soaked strawberries). We got our wedding cake here, which was a fraction of the price of other local bakeries and so much more moist and delicious. They messed up our order and didn't have it ready at the right time, but they went out of their way to deliver it to the venue before the reception, even though it was far outside their normal delivery area. Disappointed in the pizza, thought it was a Sicilian, but I was wrong it's a very thin, but tasty Pizza but I wouldn't go drive the hour and a half to go get again. I was sent there to pick up a birthday cake that my nephew wanted and they live in Maine and I drove down from New Hampshire to pick it up because he's infatuated with the strawberry shortcake cake, this was outstanding and so wasn't the customer service provided by all the people that waited on me however I did run into a very rude customer that didn't like my friendly demeanor just because I was being playful and talking nicely to other customer and that's my server. Can you imagine getting mad at somebody because they were nice. But this is not a reflection on Tripoli it's not on them in fact they felt very bad for me how rude this man was and I wasn't being very loud at all I just was being nice and kind. Disappointing Service and Disrespectful Treatment

I visited this bakery recently and was shocked by the unprofessional service I received. Despite repeatedly requesting a specific item multiple times, the employee completely ignored my requests. When employee(girl) finally acknowledged me, she was noticeably rude and handled my items carelessly while packing them.I was made to feel unwelcome and disrespected as a paying customer. This level of dismissive treatment is unacceptable in any business.
