Regular customer stopped in to pick up a couple of orders of wings. Place my order and was told 10 minute wait. Saw that they were busy, so figured it would probably be about 20 minutes. Watch several customers come in, place their orders, receive orders after about a 5 - 10 minute wait, and I'm still standing there waiting. After everyone has been served and the lobby has cleared out, I ask the cashier about my order. She says she'll check on it. Comes back to tell me it's in the oven now. They had me wait over 30 minutes for two orders of chicken wings!?!?!? When I spoke to the manager, who obviously couldn't be troubled with the situation, I was told all she could do was give me some crazy bread. However that excitement soon turned to disappointment when I soon realized with the first bite, that they either Forgot or didn't put the cheddar cheese sauce & cheese on my pizza! So I called and spoke with the manager and she said they put on all the ingredients according to the corporate specs.
